We have lived here for several years. The rent is very fair, it is quiet, and close to downtown for convenience. Our manager, Ron, has always been very helpful and responsive to any and all concerns and requests. I would certainly recommend living here!

Clean, simple and quiet complex in Fenton. The new manager, Ron, is very efficient and friendly. He responds quickly to maintenance calls and completes the work in a timely manner. I really appreciate his get it done, can do attitude.

We've been here about 12 years & really like the place, we think Ron is Great is a great Mgr./Maintenance guy he trys to get right on anything you ask of him & he's very good 👍
