I was extremely disappointed. I was told that I needed four new tires for a nail in my back right tire. I told them that I think that was outrageous and I will go somewhere else instead of solving the problem. They just told me to go somewhere else I went to a place close to my house And it cost me $17.50 to get it fixed. This was the last time I’ll ever go to your facility.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. Even the hurdles and hiccups Autumn made sure there was a way through them. My credit wasn't the best but she still fought for me and on top of that everyone in there was soooo great with my toddler who is 2 years old. I was there all day but so worth it drove off in a 2025. THANK YOU AUTUMN and Finance team! . Me and my girl riding reliable that's all I wanted.

I worked Jamie Moody over at Lafontaine Lincoln dealership. I had my heart set on a very specific 2026 Dodge Ram 1500 and knowing he could do work between any of the Lafontaine dealerships, he exceeded my expectations with coming through with EXACTLY what I was wanting! I am beyond blown away with how seamless and easy getting my new vehicle was. He made the car buying experience an enjoyable and comforting one.
He even had my windows tinted right at the dealership - which I didn’t even know I could do!

Service was as good as possible, due to Stellantis lack of having the new part available. Sandy was great at keeping status updated with me and tracking the new part, Patrick with the rental department went above and beyond to keep me on the road. Truck was at dealership for 37 days waiting on stallantis to deliver new part.
