Christina is fantastic and professional ? great staff. The ladies at reception desk are so friendly and engage with the people coming in. It's a very comfortable and welcoming place ☺️ the therapist actually talk with the people that their helping. So nice to see the personal touch and compassion.

I don't usually write a review for any product or service, but if I can save one person from being in the same situation that I am in, it is worth me writing this review.First of all, I didn't want to give this place any stars but that is the only way it will post. Anyway, I went into the Fenton NovaCare Rehabilitation site for one problem, piriformis syndrome, on my left leg and then while I was at my appt, and I was completing an exercise that they instructed me to do, I developed a sharp pain along my right side, back and leg. When I told them what happened, they just shrugged and didn't seem to care and I left in excruciating pain. I went back for my next scheduled appt and told them that the sharp pain had not gone away, they worked on it, but I was still in pain. After a couple of weeks going back because they told me it would get better and the pain would subside, it never did. I still wake up in excruciating pain, if I lay or sit down for too long throughout the day, I am in pain, and this has been happening for the last 3 months. I would not go nor recommend this place, when you walk in with one issue and leave with a substantially worse problem, that seems really backwards to me, not to mention they want me to pay for the appts that they are the reason for the problem. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I had an amazing experience with the Nova Care staff. They are professional and it is really happy place to be. Each one showed concern and really helped me to get through my therapy. Joe, Eric, Christina as well as Megan and Kim made it an excellent experience!

Joe Booker was my physical therapist helping me recover after my knee replacement surgery. He was very knowledgeable and was a big reason that my recovery went so well. I recommend him and the whole team very highly.

Tore my ACL and both meniscus in my right knee and had a long road to recovery ahead of me. Joe and Eric where the best physical therapist I could have asked for and helped with each challenge I faced in the long road to recovery. After a year of PT I’m happy to say that my knee is back stronger than ever thanks to Nova Care. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING

I would highly recommend this place! Eric and Joe are both awesome and actually care about your recovery. The front desk staff is very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. I've made very good strides with my recovery after a broken fibula and tibia thus far, l and I know they will get be back to 100%. I'm very happy with Nova Care in Fenton so don't hesitate to give them a chance for your pt needs.

The PT’s - Eric and Joe have been amazing for my teenage son to work with!!!! They know how to connect with teens while getting the job done. They motivated and gave hope to my son. And on top of that - Eric worked with us on his day off to help arrange testing and reports to get done so that my son would not miss out on any summer school sports training. The scheduling staff are very flexible and kind too!!!! Thanks to all that helped my son.

So grateful for my most recent experience at NovaCare working with Eric, Joe, and Christina after my knee replacement surgery. Each visit (from the first few in my house and then those in the clinic) was beneficial and progressive for my ability. The staff and other patients were great in encouraging and motivating me to work through any challenges that came up. I used my home exercise program in between visits and made great progress each time. So much so, I was able to "graduate" about a week or so ahead of schedule! Grateful for another successful experience with the staff at NovaCare Rehabilitation!

Novacare is an excellent place for your PT needs. The therapists are very knowledgeable and they help you a lot and I felt so much better after doing my PT there. I highly recommend getting your PT done there.

PT following an invasive ACL/meniscus surgery for a teenager is just as mentally challenging as it is physically, but this staff handles both sides with the perfect balance of seriousness and care. My daughter is extremely comfortable here and is feeling confident in her rehab process, and her surgeon is pleased with current progress and reports that she's right on target!

I had a super great experience at nova care. Really nice, understanding people with great senses of humor. There are countless times I’ve felt amazing and energized afterward. Love them, definitely recommend!

The front desk/office staff are so friendly you can't help but smile when talking with them. The physical therapists listen well and work hard to get to know your issues and create an individualized plan that works well for you. I would highly recommend NovaCare to any of my family and friends!

This is the best physical therapy center my husband and I have been to. Eric & Joe were great at helping me with my TMJ and they worked with my husband on his elbow and knee. We were only there 2-3 mos and both improved greatly!And every time we arrived for our appts, we were warmly greeted by Kim & Megan.We highly recommend NovaCare in Fenton, MI.

The experience was amazing in general! I had to rehab my ankle and they had everything to help me heal it! Everyone that works there is so nice! I have more family now and I’m proud there them!
