I purchased a new battery for my Malibu recently. Nik was kind and generous enough to help me install the battery in the parking lot. He took the time and put in the effort to ensure everything worked out. He is a valuable person and a good guy.

I stopped in your Fenton location today to take advantage of your free battery testing before I purchased one from your store. I was told that they were too busy to help a customer with testing the battery. He was extremely irritated that he needed a screwdriver to get to it. Why would you let a customer walk away without helping them? My husband stood in line and waited just like all the other customers in the store for his turn.
I would not recommend this location!

They give me two mismatched head gaskets neither of which were the ones I needed but because I didn’t find out till after I installed them I can’t exchange them or get my money back. I love O’Reillys and will keep going to them just not this location.

Gave the individual the VIN number to a vehicle for a part and didn't get the right part trying to convince me that that's the only perk made for the vehicle until he scrolled down and seen that it wasn't . Got my money back though

Would leave 0 if I could. Employee behind the counter was clearly sick. Coughing on everything. Complaining about volume of customers. Using the lord’s name in vein.Then it got worse when I asked for a free check engine light check. The guy had me take a picture of his code reader and told me to “YouTube it” What a joke. Absolutely brutal and I’ll just go to autozone next time.
