Mike was great. I called to get a new anchor kit and he inquired about my situation and helped me dismantle a used one and informed me how to transport it and setup at my house. I didn’t even buy it from him and he was still top notch on customer service. Looking forward to getting our used hoop that looks and felt like brand new still all setup at home. Thanks Mike!

Just got an AMAZING hoop from Mike at ProShot! This thing blows away the competition in quality and Mike's top-notch service puts them above and beyond the other guys. We shopped for a long time for a driveway system and looked at just about everything out there and did all of the homework for you. They are the best in both quality and value. I'd estimate 90% of the hoops in our neighborhood are Pro Shot Basketball systems and they all still look brand new to this day. That speaks volumes. Thanks Mike!!

Owner Mike dealt with my husband for over 1 month on the phone, he put us on the schedule, we scheduled Miss digg to come out, his employees came out the same day to my home and dug a 4 foot hole in my yard and left. Mike said his cement guys would come out shortly after and it's been over 1 week and he won't answer or return our calls. Do not call this company! Mike is unprofessional and doesn't follow through on his word.
