Got in and out within like 10 minutes. The lady who did my blood work was so good. I’m normally a hard draw but she found a vein so fast.

Absolutely a worthless company, I’m a registered nurse ,, was trying to call quest on Caroline street. Called 17 times and was prompted to no where every single time. Eventually was able to speak with a human being who then transferred me to a fake rewards call center. Called and called and there is no way to speak with a manager or representative. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not recommended this company to any of my future patients or family. Terrible. I see this has been an issue in the past. Will be contacting HR and better business bureau as this company is not a service a community needs ..

The personnel at the Fenway, Fenton, MI location was very rude to an older gentleman. The gentleman thought he had made an appointment online, but there was no record of the appointment. The employee told him he did not properly make the appointment and she would not give him any idea how long he had to wait. The was loud and embarrassing to poor guy.

Can not contact anyone on phone or lobby. If you need to talk to anyone you better find another lab like I did.

They absolutely do not want to talk to you! They lock the door and do everything to make clients suffer and try to electronically assign an apoitment. They also do not fit the phone, a robot will talk to you there. The workers are just hiding from people. Terrible

Bianca is the worst employee I've ever met in years of needing frequent blood draws. She has no respect for patient health or quality of life, despite this location typically providing excellent care with their other employees. Kay has been fantastic, and it is very disappointing to know they employ someone like Bianca. She refused blood labs due to her own misunderstanding, despite the significant health detriment it has on my wife to not have her labs taken. We expressed the significance of these labs and she did not care at all.Why enter this field if you have no care for your patients?

I am shocked to know that an employee as uncaring as Bianca works here. She has placed me in a position where I could genuinely die, and had no remorse in doing so. I typically receive excellent care at this location and am shocked to know that the care can fall off so quickly. My requested blood labs are being denied with no other option of care given, despite their significance and our readiness to find a solution. Rather than working to resolve this issue, Bianca bluntly denied my care and is putting me in a life threatening situation. Kay has been phenomenal, and Brandon has provided excellent care as well. It is very sad to know that one bad employee can ruin it for the whole bunch.

Was 'greeted' at the door by a male employee who told me the computer "took a s**** and was hoping that nobody else would be coming in. I mentioned I could go somewhere else if it was a bad time and was then told "nope........we're the only game in town". (which---YOU aren't) He also complained that he'd have to fill out my blood draw form by hand (OMG!) and behaved as though everything, (including my presence) was a HUGE hassle. Thank goodness the female phlebotomist came in and was apologetic, kind and quick with my draw. I know everyone has a bad day and can get frazzled ---but really? The unprofessionalism was off the charts.

Check in was easy with an appointment, but the original lady tried my right arm, stuck the needle in for two seconds and said nope, let me see the other arm. She tries the other arm, sticks the needle for two seconds and says nope. then she says " it's your choice, you can either come back another day, or I can see if someone else can help you. I've reached my 2 poke limit (I've never heard of this limit before)." I didn't have time to come back another day, so I asked for someone else. The male was super kind, and got my blood drawn within SECONDS of trying in ONE ARM. He was amazing. The other lady, I have no idea what her problem was but trying to shoo me away and barley trying to draw my blood was very disappointing. Also, the woman possibly blew my vein as it's already bruising... I do not recommend this lady. Otherwise, it was very fast and very easy to get done. I would've been done in 5 minutes had she not done this in the first place.

I would give this Quest Diagnostics location zero stars if I could. For years this location has had extremely rude staff members. I stopped going there for this reason. Today, I thought I would try it again because I have not been in a while and was nearby at RMI. The lady who took my lab order was very rude. Apparently, my doctor did not send over my labs to their system. She acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to type in a couple of codes. She then stormed out of the room and came back in all snotty saying "are you wearing perfume?" I replied with yes. She said "I'm extremely allergic to smells." I told her that I was sorry that my perfume bothered her. She acted like I drenched myself in perfume. I made a comment saying that I can't believe she can smell my perfume because I put it on hours ago and can't smell it. She says to me "yes and it's giving me an extreme headache already." I was in there for maybe 3 minutes. She then tried to draw my blood, but seemed too flustered with me wearing perfume that she pawned me off to some other guy. He was not very friendly either. It's extremely disappointing that they treat patients this way. I would recommend going to the other Quest Diagnostics in Fenton.

The Quest lad on Caroline St in Fenton is great. They've always been friendly and courteous. It's usually an in and out experience, 5 to 10 minutes and you're done and on your way.
