My first time walking into this place. I met Jessica @ Hair by Jess at refine studio. I told her what i wanted and got a drastic cut and color. She did such an amazing job and she was a delight to talk to. I will definitely be coming back and referring my friends and family. Thanks again Jess!! I feel like a new person!!
