Spectrum - 17315 Silver ParkwayFenton, MI 48430(866) 874-238912-12-2024If you can avoid spectrum service, you will be happier! I'm not sure the stress delivered by these clowns is worth the trip? I attempted to reduce my cable service to a more reasonable price. Because the idea of paying $180 a month for service that used to be $40 a month is obscene.I spent more than two hours on the phone talking to three different people at spectrum and we finally came to an agreement of a plan at $44.97 a month. That included just Internet service, home, phone service, and spectrum TV app.As part of that deal. I have to turn in my cable boxes and remotes, and when I attempted to do that at the Fenton Michigan store. I was told very rudely by multiple representatives, including Ronnie, The so-called manager that none of the changes I made this morning, on the phone were in place. And it felt as if I had to redo everything I had already done this morning with.him, lol! It's is extremely frustrating It is completely obvious to me, that companies like spectrum simply make things as confusing as possible, so even their representatives don't understand package plans, and discounts. It actually feels abusive as a consumer to be treated like this.!! Ronnie and his cohorts in the store were laughing at me and mocking me as well as lying to me about my cable service! Spectrum should be embarrassed for the way they treat their customers. It's completely obvious and intentional. Spectrum is Making it as confusing as possible, intentionally. With ann end goal. of billing for extra unwanted service. That should be very simple. All in the name of extra profits and commission!

Saturday, only 2 people working and a line of 8 people. Not waiting for hours to add a new service, ill go to another cell phone provider. Charter needs to properly staff their store, you'll continue to lose business if not.

store was clean and neat. Staff were helpful (as always). Cellular service is on par with the national carriers but usually better priced.i can RECOMMEND the Fenton, Michigan location. ????

I traveled to the offices in Davison, Mich. and Fenton, Mich. To return a cable tv box and a modem. Reps take way too long to service customers. Davison had two "chatty kathy's" that served three customers in 50 mins while I was there. 2 reps in fenton service 2 customers in 10 mins. Sorry Fenton, the 2 syar would be an average of both company stores.
