If I could give it negative stars, I would. You won’t be seeing me going here again. I went through the drive thru to order there new pretzel foot long and churro foot long. As soon as I started to speak, the gentleman was absolutely disrespectful with a HORRIBLE attitude. Not a person who should be working with people. Both items were DISGUSTING. Cold, chewy, and the service was even worse.

Horrible service. The guy and older lady working were so rude. They also had no other orders to do but took 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Gave attitude the minute we walked in. Horrible every time. Will not be back.

I was there a few days ago... went to the drive thru....no one took the order...so l went in.,no customers,..and finally an employee showed up ..took the order...l was surprised on how the toppings looked...some were frozen..a lot were wimpy and see thru..l would NEVER make a sandwich with those toppings...and the way the restaurant smelled...l was looking around to see if there was a pile of something...it was really bad..won't be going back

Went to drive up to grab a bite on my way home. No one answered to take an order. Waited at least 5 min. or more...drove up to window and saw no one. Sat a minute...drove off...saw a young man walk in then a girl appeared behind the counter. So...I drove around again to place order and once again...no acknowledgment. How does this place stay in business?

The staff at this location is a joke. Hadn't tried it for a long time but gave it another chance simply because it was open. Put an order through the app at 9:25. Employee told me he shuts off the register at 9. Wouldn't make my order despite having an order number, confirmation, etc. Avoid this location at all costs.

The manager (Christina fieldhouse) is extremely friendly professional and definitely deserves a raise considering nobody else in this store hold their weight but her. If it wasn’t for her I couldn’t imagine how badly this location would fall apart without her. Very under appreciated manger!

The employees do not even know what comes on the sandwiches on their menu. Spending your money here would be a complete waste if the taste is anything like the customer service. It’s so disappointing that even subway cannot find employees that are worth having, after waiting forever and the employee practically asking me what they have advertised on the sandwich i just left. What a waste of time, I will just go to Jimmy John’s instead. At least it’s worth the money and the employees know what’s going on! Definitely don’t trust rotation of meats and veggies if they don’t even know the menu, doesn’t seem like they want to work!

Restaurant is dirty and service is terrible. One employee only working. Ordered food on app. Said would be ready at 635 p. App said it was ready. It was not. App service has not been ready both times I tried it. I had terrible service the time before. I thought I would give it another try. Same slow service and app service said it would be ready both times and it wasn't. This will be the last time I make this mistake. They get your money and a tip on app before you get service and stuck with bad service. Do not eat at this subway on Leroy in Fenton MI

We had 5 subs to order, so my husband went inside…it has been 36 minutes and he is not out yet! This location needs to be staffed better, this is a repeat experience. He has seen two people walk out, and I personally saw one walk out the last time I was in. I hope they can manage to fix this soon :(

Just moved to Fenton a year ago. This was my first time trying this Subway. I walked in the front door and I was the only customer. 3 workers behind the counter. I stood there for a few minutes and nobody acknowledged me. I walked up to the counter and stood right in front of a girl behind the counter. She put her hands on her hips and looked away. As far as I could tell, only 1 of the three workout was actually doing anything. Not one of them said I word to me. After standing there another minute or so I turned around and walked out

Service takes too long! I simply avoid this Subway because it’s a minimum 15 minute wait just to be helped. Understaffed and don’t know how to time manage customers properly. SCHEDULE MORE PEOPLE.
