I was sold counterfeit Zyn at this location on 12-24-24. I opened the first can today and realized the QR code didn’t scan, the lids didn’t stay closed at all, the packaging was wrong, and it immediately tasted terrible and off. When I showed it to the owner he only returned 4 of the 5 and told me because I opened it it couldn’t be returned. How would I have known it was counterfeit if I didn’t open the first can of the roll? He blamed his distributor like I had to take it up with him, God knows what I just put in my body, can’t believe they’d treat a customer like this instead of giving me my $5 back and then handling it with their vendor.

Waited over 30 minutes for a coffee. I should have just left but was stuck in line at the drive thru and couldn’t get out. I called and was told well they’re helping the people inside and only have a few people in there today. Well guess I won’t be back. Also won’t be tipping either.

Sketchhh. Has a very slow pump that needs to be fixed, the worker at the desk didn’t even let me know it was slow, I was in a rush and didn’t see the tiny note lol. I’ve never had an engine light on my car ever and with that tank of gas I get one.. Never had any issues with gas stations in Fenton but this one.

As a Sunoco Customer for years I highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this location. I've been here 8 times and I should have listened to myself. Every time Ive gone in, I have to go inside to get a receipt for my purchase because the pump printer is always out of paper. I get the excuse they have a trouble call placed. It's been 6 months and still no paper. Three times my card was declined and I told them it's not my card, it's your system. I have 3 bank cards, each one was declined, although I have plenty of funds available. The pay at the pump feature is never working. This has been ongoing for months. This is an ownership problem! Fix your equipment and provide the services you're supposed to. Laziness over customer service is inexcusable.I feel for the poor girl who has to make excuses for all the complaints. I definitely won't fall for it again?

Accused me of stealing a monster when I didn't even touch any coolers lol. Owner came out and just rummaged through my car like he owned it. Never even apologized for falsely accusing me when they could have simply checked the cameras
