Had a great experience with my service here, they were very helpful and good to work with. Steven answered my message even being out of town and Lee made an extra effort to make sure I could pick my car up over the weekend. Really appreciated their customer service. Would highly recommend !

We had to take our chevy Trax here that we had only 2 months and got rear ended, was a bummer. Had to wait for a loner for a couple weeks.... They kept us up to date with when one would be available. And when one did come available they made sure it was accommodating to us, bf being 6ft tall, gave us a bigger car as a loner. Our vehicle was done in less than 2 weeks and looks amazing! Great service from start to finish. No one wants to take cars to shops but if you do, highly recommend them!

I took my ford explorer to Thomas on a recommedation, after I was rear-ended by a distracted Doordash driver. Lee quickly and expertly assessed the damage and estimated that the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks. I began receiving texts when the work started on the car. And I received updates via text as the work progressed. I was surprised when I received a text and personal phone calls from Steve and Lee that the vehicle was completed. This repair was finished in 12 days,well ahead of the expected completion date. Their work was very good and the vehicle looks perfect. I would highly recommend this repair facility for their great work and communications. A job well done!

The person in charge is rude and a LIAR he is not a good person. He treats senior citizens like 2nd class people. I am very upset that he didn't think that my 76 yr. Old mom should be allowed to have a loaner because he said she smokes too much funny thing is she doesn't even smoke she never has. She doesn't let ANYBODY smoke in her car or even drive her car. Im so upset we tiok her car out of there and took it to Al Serra to be fixed. My mom was so upset it broke my heart. I do not recommend anybody have their cars taken there. Funny thing is my mom had full coverage insurance on her newer car and it was a deer vs car accident. I will never recommend this shop.

Went today to get an estimate for damage from a car wash. I showed the tech, he came out with a buffer and buffed it out right there. It looks great!!
