Came in because our brake fluid light popped on. They were extremely busy but took the time to top off our brake fluid anyway, free of charge. Cannot recommend these folks enough!

Told me there was a bunch of stuff wrong with my truck decided to not have them do it and took it to the shop up the street and they said these people were out of their minds what they were saying that was wrong. Nothing that they said was correct and I think they’re just trying to get money out of me.

I recently moved to this area and one of my headlight bulbs on my 2018 Escape went out. The one that went out is NOT an easy bulb to replace as access to it is limited. Made an appointment on Friday afternoon for Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. When I arrived I was greeted by the person at the desk who was very nice and he offered me a fresh cup of coffee. By the time I poured my coffee the tech who did the bulb said hi to me, told me his name was Chance and went out and pulled my car in for the repair. Before I finished my cup of coffee Chance was done with the repair and pulled my vehicle back up for me. I had to have this bulb replaced about 6 months ago at a facility down by my old house (downriver) and it took that guy about 50 minutes to replace it and they charged me double the price of what Tuffy charged me. Tuffy Tire & Auto will be my new place for all of my vehicle repair needs. The place is clean, everyone was very friendly, and their prices are great. Thanks Tuffy and thanks Chance. ( give this guy a raise and don't lose him) See you when I need my vehicle serviced again.

Highly recommend! Very friendly staff mechanic Matt hooked me up 2 new tires put on and balanced got me in and out in no time. Couldn't ask for better service anywhere will be returning
