Don't expect the postal workers in office to be helpful. Everything inconveniences them.

The man who helped me with my passport application was incredibly friendly and patient! I’ve never come here on my own before and was a little anxious about getting the paperwork right but he made me feel a lot more comfortable.

Dear mean man at the post office, you are the rudest post master I ever encountered! I really do avoid.. this office .. and go to Linden Post office. Mean man I hope your life gets better….

Awful package delivery service! I live in a building with 3 floors. Instead of using the buzzer and bringing TO MY DOOR they leave it in the entrance to the building. Lost 2 orders over this.

If you're having a problem with our post office you're brain must be out to lunch. Postal work is hard work especially when dealing a public as spoiled as ours. I've never had anything but superior service at our Fenton Post Office.

I had a new key made for my post box and was given a call to let me know I could pick it up. I called the post office back to see if my husband could pick it up since I am a new mother to twins and it’s hard for me to get out. The lady that answered the phone told me he should be able to pick up the key if he has an ID with our address on it. I specifically asked if he needed the lease with his name on it and she said he should be fine with the ID. My husband went and waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told he could not pick up the key and needed the lease. Now I have to go tomorrow and pack up my twins to get the key. I am not pleased.

This is the post office that I most often frequent. Yes, sometimes the lines are long and annoying and yes, sometimes their computers are slow. But I will say that the tall gentleman is one of the most helpful and professional people I’ve encountered in a government position. He has saved me money on postage and shipping and he’s always so courteous and genuinely friendly. Most other staff are just ok, not super friendly but aright. If I know this guy is helping me, I know I will be taken care of. I can’t remember his name, but I will ask it next time. Good job,Sir!

I love going to this post office, I always see the same guy and he's great at his job. Always happy when I walk in and my daughter actually talks to him, unlike being shy, he just makes your day when you walk in and I always leave smiling or laughing at something he says.

Would love to keep it local and go to my local post office that I have for years but I figure if you can't answer the phone for one simple question that could possibly save my time and there's I'll just go to UPS where I know services outer available.

Typical post office with self serve kiosk and usually 2 staff at all times. Handicap accessible lobby. Numerous gift cards available to purchase also.

They lost my Ebay package I shipped out to someone. It never started tracking and I was pretty much told: "Sorry, your out of luck."I was hoping they would would at least look for it at the facility, because it must have never left.So I'm out a fair chunk of money, I have a ding on my account and an angry buyer and will probably always use FedEx or ups from now on.

Kurt is awesome. He was so sweet to my daughter when we were in for a passport appointment. He was so friendly and outgoing with everyone. The rest of the staff was friendly as well.

I would give more stars for their in-person customer service (excellent!) and my delivery woman is awesome! - BUT they literally NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I cannot give them 5 stars when their phone customer service is non-existent. Being someone who can’t regularly physically get to the post office, and runs a small business dependent on mail services, it’s very frustrating and disappointing to have to drive there just to get an issue resolved or a question answered. I want to stick with USPS to support them, but I have to admit this is getting tiresome.
