Very quick and efficient. When I didn't have my return QR code ready, they stay patient and can help you find it, or fix it if you set it up wrong. And wow, the range of things they can print there! I'm going to come back and print stuff for the nerd wall!!

They are always so friendly and make the return process very easy. This last time, I had my baby with me and the worker came and helped me with my return because my hands were very full! It was so sweet!

I’ve only used the UPS store twice now and both women who helped me were great. They both knew their job, and I was in and out in less than a few minutes. It was well lit, and very clean and organized. Great experience overall.
