It’s absolutely infuriating that Walgreens took on all of Rite Aids customers with no notice given to long time Walgreens customers. I already have to call once a month because they are “unable to process” my medication and now I can’t get through on the phone, the line is wrapped around the building and aisles and the techs that can fill the medication are leaving 3 hours before the pharmacy closes. A heads up would’ve been nice, definitely going to take my business elsewhere!!

This pharmacy WAS good. Now absolutely HORRIBLE. There were 8 people in the drive-thru lane when we arrived. To save time I went inside to pick up prescriptions. There were at least 20 people in line (not exaggerating). The line was stretched from the desk along the back wall. Back out to the car to wait in that ‘shorter’ line. 8 cars in front of me. My 96 year old aunt (who was with me) needed her prescription. She was down to one pill. She called for a refill on Friday that would be ready Tuesday ??? (Why so long?). We were out of town and stopped Thursday (6 days later).
My friend asked me to pick her pills up also.
After waiting in line for 55 minutes. YES! 55 minutes for 8 cars they didn't have the prescription ready. “She was out of refills the employee tells us”. 6 days later. No phone call. No contacting the doctor (they have in the past) and we were on our way home from a mini vacation and my aunt is has 1 pill left. The worker tells me there is nothing she can do about it.
After arguing about those pills I asked for the other prescriptions. I was to pick up 3. Only 2 ready. Go figure.
We waited 55 minutes for the primary reason I went there. My aunt’s pills. Go somewhere else if you want or more importantly NEED your pills!

Great place if you enjoy being on Hold and listening to elevator music no matter how many times you call or how late or how early You will be put on hold if they’re supposed to call you back because they said they would they will not

Can take a couple of days for " standard" rx refills now. They lose dr orders if it needs a hold before refill. They ask if you want auto refills but don't do it. Seems to be a quality control and customer service issue.

This is the best Walgreens I have ever gone to. I've been going here a little over 2 years, never had a problem, friendly staff & on time prescription refills...every time!

This staff is miserable. Always rude, months ago was extremely rude to my mother who was in stage 4 cancer and now instead of calling to inform us they lost our insurance information. They just mark the prescriptions as ready to be picked up. So we have to drive all the way to town for them to ask for something we didn't even have on us. Call people if there is a issue don't just mark it as ready for pick up. Pure lazy and rude. Also there is so many reviews stating the same issues, corporate needs to work on this location. Worst reviews of any business in Fenton

I am not going to further at this time-stay tuned. I called in a complaint and am waiting to get an answer. I really do not want to ruin anyones day or cause any problems but if it continues, I'll share

Incredible store! Understaffed employees still getting the job done for the people whom so desperately need it. They seem to face a lot of backlash due to this, but I hope that the truth comes to light in that the regular employees (pharmacy and otherwise) at this store are inhumanly patient and hardworking.

-0 ⭐️’sCalled today at 10:14AM after my sons doctors appointment to see if prescription was called in and it had not yet been called in by doctor but tech asked me what milligram son’s medicine was to make sure they had it (they did) so I was like cool they’ll text/call me when the prescription is ready… WRONG. Didn’t get a call, text, NOTHING… so I call back at 6:30PM to find out they now don’t have “enough to fill his prescription and they won’t be getting more until Thursday so I should probably call the doctor and have them fill it elsewhere”So between the “shortage” and you guys he has to go without his medication for even longer. Thanks a ton.

I have experienced friendly, helpful service on every visit. This is important to me as I’m elderly and handicapped.

Most UNprofessioal tech ive ever spoken too. Was on hold for 10 minutes, then Mr tech gets an attitude with me, fails to comprehend what I'm asking, I know he didn't even look the medication up before rudely stating "NO, WE DONT" then hangs up..this Walgreens needs better employees. I will never go back to this subpar place

Have always had good experiences shopping, filling prescriptions, and printing photos at this location. All the employees have always been friendly and helpful. Not sure what's up with all these other reviews, but they don't match my experience here at all.

An hour long wait for an antibiotic is ridiculous. As a fellow pharmacy technician, getting a patient their antibiotic is the priority in the queue. Do better Walgreens!
