This staff is miserable. Always rude, months ago was extremely rude to my mother who was in stage 4 cancer and now instead of calling to inform us they lost our insurance information. They just mark the prescriptions as ready to be picked up. So we have to drive all the way to town for them to ask for something we didn't even have on us. Call people if there is a issue don't just mark it as ready for pick up. Pure lazy and rude. Also there is so many reviews stating the same issues, corporate needs to work on this location. Worst reviews of any business in Fenton

Incredible store! Understaffed employees still getting the job done for the people whom so desperately need it. They seem to face a lot of backlash due to this, but I hope that the truth comes to light in that the regular employees (pharmacy and otherwise) at this store are inhumanly patient and hardworking.

-0 ⭐️’sCalled today at 10:14AM after my sons doctors appointment to see if prescription was called in and it had not yet been called in by doctor but tech asked me what milligram son’s medicine was to make sure they had it (they did) so I was like cool they’ll text/call me when the prescription is ready… WRONG. Didn’t get a call, text, NOTHING… so I call back at 6:30PM to find out they now don’t have “enough to fill his prescription and they won’t be getting more until Thursday so I should probably call the doctor and have them fill it elsewhere”So between the “shortage” and you guys he has to go without his medication for even longer. Thanks a ton.

Most UNprofessioal tech ive ever spoken too. Was on hold for 10 minutes, then Mr tech gets an attitude with me, fails to comprehend what I'm asking, I know he didn't even look the medication up before rudely stating "NO, WE DONT" then hangs up..this Walgreens needs better employees. I will never go back to this subpar place

Have always had good experiences shopping, filling prescriptions, and printing photos at this location. All the employees have always been friendly and helpful. Not sure what's up with all these other reviews, but they don't match my experience here at all.

An hour long wait for an antibiotic is ridiculous. As a fellow pharmacy technician, getting a patient their antibiotic is the priority in the queue. Do better Walgreens!

Don't go to the clinic here for a blood draw, what a hack she was, she bruised up my arm from the needle, it bruised up like the size of a softball for over a week. I donate plasma almost every week and never get a bruise.

The biggest problem with this store is that it is understaffed. It is the only drug store for miles (not including the big box stores). Therefore, they get a huge volume of business. It is hard to hold on to pharmacy techs because of this. Even the ones in training leave for less stressful jobs. Until they can find a way to keep employees, people need to learn to have more patience. I have always been able to get a prescription filled within an hour (coming from the Urgent Care nearby). How would people feel if the store closed its doors? Better to have a little more understanding of what that store is up against as far as trying to keep up with the volume it encounters on a daily basis.

Re: PharmacyI am not appreciative of the rudeness of the pharmacy clerk when either they or the hospice nurse got the order wrong and held it up waiting for approval for a drug my mom didn't even need. She immediately copped an attitude when I politely told her that my mom did not need that medication. I did not create the error so I'm not sure why , if there could even be an excuse for getting snotty with me. Someone without compassion should not be in customer service, especially in a pharmacy when people are obviously in need of a little extra many times.

Exterior of entrance way is filthy, window’s disgusting, employees annoyed. Birds, nests and bird p*** covering entranceway, look out above when entering or exiting. They also didn’t print my whole photo order so I had to drive back in because they said it was all there, then when I come back the employees behind the counter are talking to each other about purposefully not wearing Walgreens clothing or a name tag so that “nobody talks to them” as a business owner myself I personally wouldn’t tolerate that nor will I spend any more of my money here.

I DON’T recommend Walgreens in Fenton AT ALL! They refilled the WRONG prescription for my son Aayden. Then in order to refill the correct one. I would have to pay $72.00 because THEY refilled the wrong prescription that was totally out of my control. Do I have $72.00 yes I do. But it’s the principle and also how my son was affected by the wrong prescription . I’ve had so many issues with Walgreens. My child is breaking out because Walgreens refill the wrong prescription. then try to have me pay almost $80.00?! Our pharmacy was changed before I even walked out. I have never received this type of service nor them wanting to reconcile the issues.

Stay away from this pharmacy, wait times are bad. I have a prescription here that's a week old and they didn't have it ready.

First time customer at Walgreen's. I stopped in at 5PM after the Doctor had called in my prescription around 4:30PM. I didn't expect it would be ready, but wanted to get it before they closed at 7PM. The girl who helped me was pleasant and was able to pull up the prescription, and entered my insurance information. She said it would be ready in "about an hour" and definitely before they closed at 7PM. I went back at 6:45 and a different girl with short hair helped me stating there was no prescription and that I would need to call my Doctor. She was rude and has no place serving customers. I asked for the manager and the rude girl rolls her eyes and sighs like a small child would. Extremely unprofessional. The original green haired gal that helped me showed up (apparently she was the manager) stating she remembers seeing my prescription but unable to find it now. She didn't have an answer but was at least professional. I was sent home without my antibiotics so have one more night of misery without the prescription I spent most of the day sitting in the Doctors office to get. If I could give Walgreens zero stars, I would. I will never set foot in one of these stores again and sincerely hope they go out of business soon.
