Shawnda is amazing. My 10 year old takes the aerial silks lessons and on the way home after class she says, “Mom! I am so happy!!”Shawnda’s attention to detail, understanding and anticipating my 10 year old needs, and training are outstanding! Shawnda is very intentional with her training and her attention to good and proper form (both very important in this type of fitness) is second to none- she is the best!

I enjoy the technical training focusing on learning, understanding and conditioning for the moves that I’ve received! Wallee has been a wonderful instructor for pole, she’s been friendly and welcoming, skilled, and uplifting. I have learned more and built more strength than I expected and have had fun while doing so. Unfortunately I could not make it to a lesson, and had canceled when I meant to reschedule a different session, and the admin has been very helpful and kind even getting back to me outside of posted hours to accommodate. My friends and I have enjoyed our month of training here and look forward to more!

Dari was fantastic with two 9 year olds-they’ve gone twice for hammock instruction. The amount of ground they cover in one hour is well worth the cost. Absolutely recommend!

Brought my nieces twice now for bonding time & absolutely love this studio. Dari is an amazing instructor and we had a ton of fun. Learned lord & felt extremely welcomed as beginners. The girls are already asking to come back!

I love this studio! Such a welcoming place to go and move my body in a different way. I love learning new things and I've been wanting to try aerial work.I'm proud to support a woman owned business and a Veteran owned business.I've taken two lessons so far: Lyra (aerial hoop) and trapeze. Both of my lessons have been with Dari. She is one of the owners and she's amazing! Such a patient and kind teacher. I felt instantly welcomed in the space. Such a spacious and beautiful studio! There is a parking lot too.This studio offers a variety of modalities, including aerial hammock, aerial yoga, pole dancing, Lyra, trapeze, aerial silks and more. I plan on trying everything! Plenty of mats and things to stay safe.It's easy to book classes online through their website, and they offer packages too. These are private lessons, and the prices are very reasonable. It's amazing how much I get to try and learn in one hour! Such a gift to receive one on one training like this. Wow!Fantastic workout and so much fun.I'm really grateful I found this studio. I highly recommend coming here.

Amazing atmosphere, knowledgeable coaching staff. We initially signed up for a different class and the staff educated us on all the modalities they offer and let us switch with ease. Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Liz is a knowledgeable and friendly instructor. Due to Covid19 they haven't had group classes but that's fine because I feel comfortable taking private lessons. The sessions are really fun and educational if you're looking to take your fitness to new heights!

I have had the opportunity to work with Hannah on aerial and acro foundations. She is a detailed, patient teacher who knows how to progress and regress based on your abilities. She has a way of making you feel like a success no matter what! I highly recommend if you are looking for something new AND very challenging.

I recently visited Aerial Dragonfly Movement studio when I was visiting the Detroit area and was very impressed. I had three lessons and each one was so much fun and engaging. Dari did a wonderful job of breaking the moves down into very manageable pieces that were easy to learn and I appreciated that she was able to work within some of my movement and flexibility restrictions to find ways to teach me a new move but one that I could comfortably repeat on my own.Fun studio, friendly people, and can't wait to visit again soon.
