It was totally over booked and I was constantly waiting for my next set of exercises. Then the PT told me I was being difficult because I had to leave to pick up my 8 year old up from school. I was already there for two hours. If I wasn’t so overbooked I would’ve gotten the paperwork done. She literally told me it’s just a little bit more paperwork. Like I should finish the paperwork n leave my child waiting . I found that very rude and bizarre. She must not be a parent. Very passive aggressive. I won’t be back that’s for sure!

I went to ATI Ferndale for a knee injury. It was very easy to make an appointment. The staff is really kind and supportive, even if they aren't working with you directly. My knee has greatly improved. There is free parking on-site. I have no complaints, they made my recovery as easy as it could be and were very responsive to any questions I had. While I hope I won't need PT again anytime soon, I would definitely return here if needed!

Jogging again after 20 years off due to a knee injury! My doctor gave me a PT prescription and said, "We'll see." But from the start Deneen's expertise was clear, her evaluation was specific, and the exercises were tailored to my issue and my physical abilities. I just got back from a 2+ mile jog on a beautiful autumn morning. So grateful to Deneen and her team!

I’ve been in physical therapy for two weeks, everyone is very nice. Joe and Samantha are both very nice and very personable. They are very detailed when they explain the exercises and don’t seem bothered when I ask them to repeat them. This location is kinda small but everyone makes it work.

The entire staff is friendly, which makes you wanna come back. You can tell they are experienced and know what they are doing. I felt better after my first session.
