I had a great experience at this store. Sincerely, the best customer service I’ve been treated with. The main employee who assisted me was Matthew D. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made everything very understandable. He has a very infectious, energetic personality and it made the entire experience thoroughly enjoyable. His ability to relate and connect with a customer is truly impressive. Nicole is great too. Go to this location if you want to be treated like family.

This is real ghetto service.
Tache is arguementive and should be here to train staff. Its a useless store
2hrs in the store no one has a clue. The manager trains on the phone and is not in the store they stole $33 off my card and it should be shut down. I WILL BE CALLING AT&T and BBB to report.

Very helpful staff! We Were in here a few times over the last few years, and we've always had great and prompt service, for phone repairs or new lines. The manager has been especially helpful.

This experience at ATT in ferndale off Woodward was very interesting. I went into the store this afternoon to pay a bill. I was greeted by two ladies who were both currently assisting other customers at separate tables and told me they would be with me as soon as they were done servicing the customers they were currently helping. After waiting shortly I asked if one of them if they could assist me with a simple payment at the desk and it would only take a second and that’s when one of the representatives notified me that they could only open one customer account at a time( keep in mind they were simultaneously helping 2 separate customers). She awarded me that another location was open and encouraged me to travel there even though the location that I was at was the closest to my house. I was shocked because I have never been somewhere where they told me to go somewhere else just to pay a bill. As soon as she said that her coworker stood up and was more than happy to accommodate me and it literally took less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the employee who did help me and while understanding that they can be busy and I appreciate the one employee for being so understanding and able to help quickly. Just wanted to let other people know.

This is my second time visiting this location. The staff is nice and professional. However, for the volume of customers that frequent this location on a Saturday, there NEED to be more employees there to serve the customers. My last wait was 30 minutes before I received service. This time, I waited for 50 minutes.

I received great service from Amanda, when switching over to AT&T. She helped me get such a cheaper phone bill. Location was nice and clean.

The girls at work here are very sweet and very nice and they’ll answer all your questions and help you with things. You didn’t even know we’re possible with AT&T.
