Amelia is by far the best example of excellent customer service that I’ve seen at any autozone in Detroit. I teach customer service to small businesses and rebranded corporate clients and she is EXACTLY what I teach!! 10/10!!!

Deshawn who was in training at the counter was very courteous and insightful and helpful. Unfortunately the three other people working there were not! I showed a digital receipt that stated plainly I was allowed to return an item using this barcode. Unfortunately the so-called manager tried to say that I could not. Deshawn deshawn read the verbiage and repeated exactly what was stated on the digital receipt. Great job DeShawn, shame on the rest!!! ?

Floyd was very helpful and knowledgeable, great customer service, don’t see this type of service e anymore , walking into a store not knowing what exactly you need, he took the time to ask me questions look at the light and type of car. Great assets to the company. Will be only coming to this location from now one.

Just left this auto zone ?♀️ very unprofessional all I asked if someone could put oil my car with a sluggish tone(ray) oooo we don't do that here then asked questions about my car what's wrong with it but don't want to help me put oil in the car. Ref.21309154292311283. Needless to say it was more workers in there I don't no if they was hiding in the back I heard them . Anyway do better be more helpful.
