“Windsor Powerhouse to the rescue! Brought my car there on Sat just before closing to get the battery checked due to a starting issue. They performed a thorough check and the car just died. They not only gave me a great deal on a starter, they pushed our car down the street to have it installed. They even stuck around for an hour or so after closing just to make sure everything was ok. Great service! Let’s see you find a Big Box store that will display that kind of effort to help their customers! Thx again WSP, much appreciated.”
“Lawerence was the smartest man and knowledgeable about all parts for automotive.. very caring and intelligent about what I needed.. having issues with my friends windshield wipers and he helped me get new ones, installed them and fluid.. what a hidden gem this location.. must go to if you need parts for your ride…

“Honestly so convenient. I liked being able to shop online to make sure I could compare specs thoroughly, but I didn’t have to deal with shipping! My battery was available same-day and when I went to pick it up, the clerk had great guidance on how to use and maintain it to maximize its life. Really thankful to have these options in a physical store.”

“I cannot say enough good things about the guys at this store, especially Frank! My friend and I got a flat on Woodward and went there, only to find my Jack was missing some parts. But Frank came outside, saw the problem, then went inside and came back with the missing part- and then changed the tire himself! I now have a working Jack and was able to get where I was going, all because of Frank- this guy was kind and helpful and he deserves a raise!”
“Went into the Royal Oak Michigan store for wiper blades. The fella who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The computer was showing different sizes so he went outside and removed mine. Compared to the recommended ones and found I had the wrong size on the car. He went back out and installed them for me. A fine experience.”

“My absolute favorite location in Southeastern Michigan. The only sales associates that I look forward to interacting with. Excellent customer service especially with the random questions that the average customer has given due to issues with diy related repairs. Between MJ, Shay, Craig, Corvette and Don going above and beyond what they are required of is a great blessing to the community, culture and corporation at large. This is my go-to parts supplier even though it is possible to get cheaper prices the lower quality and lack of a reasonable warranty is cause enough for not trying to save a few pennies upfront and save money in the long-term ownership of your vehicle.”

So if your hands are full then you have to put your items down, hold the door open with your foot, then exit . Bummer! “So my spouse goes to this location. The best thing about this location is the employees they are always friendly and nice and willing to assist you. Most are pretty knowledgeable and if they don't know something they will honestly tell you their not familiar and they'll make a phone call to another store that has someone that may be knowledgeable about it. “This location is always so helpful that my battery was dead. I realized I needed to get it charged and o'reilly's,Does it for you free of charge. So I took it in this morning. I was helped right away. They let me know it would take a few hours and I should contact them in the afternoon. And i was given a tag to claim my battery later on.. They have all your automobile needs from automobile parts to accessories.”
