They did great work on my Les Paul. Took a little while for it to get worked on as they're a busy shop, but the work was top-tier and my guitar now plays amazing. Did a fret level, electronics work, and setup.

I brought 3 electric basses to Pursell Lutherie recently: 2 for setups and fret work, and 1 to repair a minor issue. The work they did is top-notch, prices were fair, and turnaround time was reasonable. I appreciate that they accept walk-ins. I will be back in the future!
