I had a front end collision. They overlooked all the damage for their estimatew i mam and they wouldn’t admit their mistakes They decided to close out our contract. When i left their shop thinking the job was finished my hood started to bounce on the freeway. It was unsafe to drive. The hood latch became loose and the radiator was damaged as well.

Arrive at the store 5 o’clock apparently it was lunchtime. The guy that came out to help me really didn’t help me in any kind of way apparently out interrupt him eating his food at the time and when I asked him about upgrading the phone that I had for 5 to 6, he rolled his eyes back very noticeable that he didn’t want help. thanks, T-Mobile. I think it’s time for me to switch.

I stopped in to get an estimate on my daughters car because someone hit her. I was promptly greeted by Ron when I came in the door. We went out to look at the car so I could point out what I wanted an estimate on. He pointed out damage I had not noticed and explained damages that were hidden. He explained the estimate and what was needed to repair the vehicle. It was refreshing considering other body shops that I had gotten an estimate from never explained anything and basically threw their estimate at me and moved on to the next person. I will be telling my daughter to have her vehicle repaired there because if their work is as thorough as Ron's professionalism and knowledge is then the car will look like it never happened.

This business goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We had to have extensive repairs after an accident, and they called three times a week to give us progress updates. At first, that seemed a bit much, but it ended up being very reassuring, and we never once had to call them! They also have promptly and efficiently taken care of every subsequent issue we have discovered, whether it was part of the original insurance plan or not. As a one-car family, we depend on things like their convenient location and dedication to top-level customer service, because it is not easy for us to bring the car back over and over. We highly recommend them for any repairs you need.

Tiffany (front desk) is very friendly and efficient. She explained what my paperwork meant. Ron (intake specialist) did a great job at explaining the damage and was the liaison that got my damage covered by my insurance. Team Red (technicians) made my vehicle new again. I felt like I just bought it from the dealership. This was the best post-experience I had after a scary accident. I recommend Caliber Collision😁

My wife took our 2021 Dodge Ram to Caliber for repair and they did it fast with no issues. Caliber did a great job. Our truck look brand new. Customer service was great we received updates daily. The truck came back detailed I haven't seen it that clean since 2022. Thanks James and crew.
