The team, including the receptionist, doctor, and the person who helps select glasses, is extremely accommodating, fun to work with, and provides amazing customer service. Appointments are fast and efficient. The frame selection is the best, amazing, surprisingly great, and features great deals on brands like Gucci and Tom Ford. The service is like a personal shopping experience to help you find glasses. Many clients have been coming for years and are never disappointed, always pleased with the doctors and the beautiful repair work. The business earns strong recommendations.

Absolutely wonderful experience every time I go in. Dr. Wu is an amazing, thorough, and kind doc who makes sure to spend time with her patients. The staff is second to none when it comes to picking out the right frames and dealing with insurance. With the new patient portal added I wish I could give them more stars.

I had a new patient exam yesterday and I was so impressed!! Extremely friendly staff and Dr. Wu fine tuned my RX and gave me contacts to try same day which are working out great!! The whole experience was easy and painless and I really appreciated them being right on time since I came on my lunch break. Highly recommend!!
