Bought jewelry, the piercers here are extremely friendly and accommodating. Robb answered all my questions and was extremely helpful with his explanations of the jewelry and the various gemstones they have in their display cases. The jewelry they have is all very high quality.

Robb was chill, friendly, and professional. He walked my daughter through how the piercing was going to go, then talked through each step as it went. The autoclave was right in the room, and he showed what determines whether the instruments are sterile. Great experience all around.
