I agree with some of the other reviews, however on this Day 10:30am there were only 2 employees in and I must say they were above and beyond, knew exactly where everything was kind and more importantly PROFESSIONAL đ And the entire store was Clean like I smelled clorox and pines and the floor is actually clean. The young lady and the young Gentleman should be acknowledged for their efforts, just saddened I didn't get their names

I left this store a 5 star review because the entire team is working hard, they have really cleaned this location up a lot. I used to shop here about three years ago and this location was very bad, but recently has been cleaned organized stocked fully even had seasonal products out for me to purchase this store will be my new store again so I donât have to travel away across town. It feels really good to have a nice clean and neat store in our community. Some of are not Ungrateful we do really appreciate the team thatâs currently at this location

This Dollar General tried to sale me a lightening USB cord for $15... I left an went to another dollar store an found out the same cord was $4...I will never go to this dollar store again, because I feel like they tried to get over on me?! I mean how do you think you gonna get over me on a cord..Like I'm not dumb!! Well y'all just lost a customer!!

Edited to leave address- 20735 Wyoming Ave, Ferndale, MI 48220 - those pics others posted are not of this store except for the parking lot pic!Absolutely HORRID! Corporate this particular, so called Dollar General is undeserving of that name! This store is a total mess. From the floor to the shelves to the ceiling the so called employees and managers there, they are all disgusting. I will never ever go there again for anything. Please get someone to overhaul everything and everyone or close this dump down! I donât even want to give a one star rating however they wonât let it be 0 so actually this store gets NO STARS at all. The good folks that choose to go here ? Yâall truly deserve much better than this, take your $$$ somewhere else because this store should not be allowed to conduct business one more day! This community deserves 100% quality products , clean store, service, courteous and knowledgeable employees and managers!

I thought it was great this store has fresh fruits and vegetables. On my second visit a day ago, the cashier was definitely not a $15 dollar an hour candidate. The register #3 she was standing at, as her attention was on her cell phone, had the service light off and #1was on but no cashier was at register #1. I eventually went to register #1 then she says #1 is closed. I then asked her why she had her light off, allowed me to wait there then inform me she was open? I then commented on her light being off. She begins to ring me up and THROWS two toys (I had my grandsons with me) into my bag! Naturally I asked her please do NOT throw my items, she belligerently told me (we were getting louder) she didnât throw my stuff, she said âI threw the toysâ in the bag! I angrily toffee #14 dollars on the counter and she then walked away saying someone else could ring me up. I asked her name she said NOBODY turns back towards me approaching as I reached in my pocket and my cell phone recoding she retreated! All three workers in thIS FAMILY DOLLAR are going viral they all hid their faces knowing they were wrong

I will never shop here never again employees and management rude and talk badly about people that come inside there store thanks to the lady that got done shopping while I was heading out the parking lot that the people that work there was talking very bad about me as much money I spend at the store never again shop at this location I needs to shut down ???

My visit was okay, however while I was checking out a customer came to the door and it was locked ( 7:00PM)....the sales lady opened the door and said "we're closed"....the customer outside said "when did you start closing at 7"?The lady at the register stated " we close at our discretion".
