Service by staff is good. Manager Colton was very supportive. They don't have toll readers, if you are going to Chicago ask where you can pick up toll reader.

Great service once you actually get through. They ( every employee I encountered) were friendly & informative. Felt like a valued repeat customer before they even met me. If they keep it up, they’ll need to expand!! When they get their phone service figured out, everyone will want to go there. Shhhhh??

I recently had to take my car into a collision shop for repairs and I received a call from Myles at Enterprise that I was all set to come in at my convenience to pick up my rental! The location wasn't as clean as I expected from previous visits. The vehicle that I received didn't have floor mats and the floor was torn up. However, customer service was great, especially doing pick up when the gentleman had to explain my bill to me.

Reservation customer service don't know how the rental procedure goes, best to talk to locate office. Twice was told the opposite of rental policy from reservation CSR.

Recently, I visited the Ferndale Enterprise for the first time to rent vehicle for a couple days. When I arrived, all employees were very busy but super friendly and welcoming...from offering bottled water while I waited, to upgrading me to the vehicle of my choice without any hassle, to helping me out when I got stuck in traffic on the way home to return the car. This may be a busy location, but a group of awesome folks are there grinding and pumping out great customer service.

Innocence (yes that's his name) was great help me and he don't even know how much that ment to me. I had been to 2 rental places before them and they went above and beyond to get me what I needed. They also had me out in like 15mins at the latest. Great job guess. Definitely recommend

Store full of people but force customers to sit outside. First walk in look like a pack of high school kids crowded around the computer. Very unprofessional. I got the feeling I was being talked about after I left so I won't be back again. Only "good" experience is driving off in my rental and being helped by the Asian man can't remember his name I believe he is the manager, he was fun to chat with and made my experience just a bit better otherwise it would've been 1 star.

The staff here is awesome. They're doing everything they can to help their customers with what they have. Even though I've been waiting a little while after my pickup time, Amber has been attentive, courteous, and helpful the entire time. Even when customers were getting irritated and bringing her problems and complaints, her attitude stayed positive.

Unfortunately, this location rarely if ever have any cars available to rent. What usually happens from the customers perspective is they will contact this location by phone to make a reservation. The person who is setting up the reservation for the customer will take all the required information for the rental. Then they will tell them what vehicles they have available based on their preference.What actually happens is the vehicle that you think you're getting isn't even there when you arrive. One helpful tip is to book several days in advance, maybe even weeks for this location. The reps should quit leading customers on as if they'll have rentals available when they actually won't. Start telling customers if a location actually has cars on the lot and if they don't, then save them a trip from going up there. It is a huge waste of time thinking you'll have a rental only to find out the lot is empty when you arrive. Expanding the inventories of all Enterprise locations and being honest with your customers should be a good start.
