I hadn't gotten a hair cut in a while, so I booked a cut with Melissa. I have been embracing my natural hair texture more and I communicated that with Melissa so that she could help me find a cut that worked for me. She did an AMAZING job. I was very happy with the cut and it really let my waves form beautifully. I don't even have to style my hair anymore, it just falls in a way that looks great.

Gary helped me after a bad haircut somewhere else. Been going there since. I am a Flip fan and the complimentary coffee is really good!

Very weird experience today, which has left me super confused. I was told that I can’t schedule with my stylist—I’m not an acceptable client. My hair is freaky, but I had no idea that my stylist didn’t like me. I was really excited for my next appointment. Now I’m crushed and my feelings are really hurt.

Fantastic! The service was excellent the colorist was professional, personable, and the price I paid was much lower than expected. I went to 3 diff salons for color consultations, and they quoted prices in the range of $210--$255, flips price was $185 out the door... a great exp from the moment I walked in the door. Jessica

I cannot possibly say good enough things about Levon. He is a super talented stylist on top of being a fantastic human being. It has been 12 years since I started going to him - I've followed him to three (or four?) salons and now my son is going to him too. He is such a wonderful person all around, I would recommend him to anyone! He's the best.

Melissa is AMAZING. She really takes the consultation seriously and makes sure she understands the look you’re going for. She also takes notes and remembers things about you and your hair needs between appointments!! Very cool!
She’s also so skilled. I’ve been cutting my own hair for years
, because I’m very meticulous about the cut/style. But after only a few appointments I trust her blindly now lol.
I’m a woman with a masc haircut and my fiancé is a girl with a very traditionally feminine haircut. We both go to her and are so so happy our looks.
Also the whole staff is very warm, professional, and kind.

Melissa Maiullo at Flip is a rare treasure. She spends time to really understand what I want, and then provides an excellent cut that maximizes my fine, thin hair and grows out well. I never feel pressured to color my hair, or that I am an afterthought in her clientele because I only need a haircut. If you are looking for a new salon home, consider visiting Melissa at Flip. She will make you feel pampered.

Another perfect haircut at Flip Salon with Irene. She is the first stylist I've had that gets thin curly hair for both cut and color. I love all the staff and the warm friendly atmosphere here.

The service providers themselves are great. But if you go here: know that the process is as follows: check in at front desk. Then, find your service provider, yourself, and tell them you are there. Reception doesn’t do this for you. In two separate appointments, I’ve been stuck waiting - once for 30 minutes - because the service provider didn’t know I was there.

Stylist: My stylist is Gary, he is so GREAT! He loves doing hair, and he seems to haveagic in his fingers and his soul for hair!! He loves doing perms, and my hair always feels so gorgeous after Gary has done his hair Magicalness! I always get compliments! He is wonderful, friendly, caring, so talented, so fantastic with any hair care he does. I would follow him anywhere, to have him do my hair. I've been going to Gary for several years, he's awesome. Flip Hair Salon is awesome too! Super clean, and cute, with nice, friendly, happy, talented hair pros. It's such a great place to get your done.
