0/10 Definitely don’t recommend! Car had a quarter of tank of gas, & 0% oil !!! I was on my way out of town, this has never happened to me at this location. I haven’t been to location in a long time but I see the customer service is horrible. It’s no way you cleaned the vehicle on the outside & didn’t check the gas or oil at allllllll? I had to drive to the airport to pick up another vehicle so I could hit the road at 6am.

I rented a car here because my girlfriend rented one a few months ago and they were super nice and helpful. I had the same experience this time. The manager and other employee helped me out perfectly. This is only place I will rent a car in the area.

I have rented vehicles from hertz for years and have never had any problems. They have always been very reliable, friendly and professional. I recommend Hertz to anyone that wants to rent a vehicle.

The supposed supervisor Jennifer is very rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I booked the car via Expedia and scheduled the drop-off for Sunday as confirmed.
• The car was in good condition but had a strong smell of marijuana.
• When I attempted to return it on Sunday, I found the location was closed—this was not communicated at pickup.
• I called customer service twice and was instructed to use the drop box, but there was no drop box on-site and the courtyard was locked.
• As a result, I had to return the car the next business day in the morning.
• I was then charged an additional $128 for an extra day, which I believe is unfair given the circumstances.

I was given a car with a strong Marijuana smell. Normally I rent from the airport never had an issue. This time I decided to rent from a location closer to my house for convenience but I feel I made the wrong decisions.

If I could give no stars I would’ve. somehow we were able to book a car reservation yet they claimed no cars were available. Customer service is trash, she could’ve cared less. 0/10 recommend this place.

The employee told me they don’t take same-day reservations, but somehow, I got it booked. So, let’s start with how blatantly stupid this is in the first place. You have a policy, yet you don’t follow it? Weird.
Second, they were overbooked (surprise, surprise) and only had a RAM to offer. I might have considered taking it—except they expected me to pay extra for their inability to run a business without screwing over the client. Hell no.
Third, the employee was so rude like, Jesus Christ, you’d think I just spit on their mom’s face. No apology for not having the car, no empathy, zero customer service skills. Damn, if you’re this annoyed doing your job, go work somewhere else.
Also I had to pay a $30 to go there like couldn’t Hertz just email me or call before I tossed my money in the trash to tell me they didn’t had the car? Anyways if you thinking about booking here just don’t, go to Enterprise next door employees were much more pleasant and helpful even tho they were also overbooked.
UPDATE: after all of that Hertz also stole $34 from my account for a NO SHOW FEE

The experience at this location was amazing.
Had some issues with the car we have rented, called road service, and they were very kind and helpful as well, they did offer us to change the car, but it was 2 hours out of our way, so we just drove home with the issues in the car.
