Took my forester in to get diagnosed, already having an idea of what the problem was, thanks to my brother who is a mechanic. They diagnosed the problem and also added that my struts were leaking and worn, quoting me an extra $1,100 to replace them. I bought all the parts and took them to my brother for installation. When he looked at the struts on my car, he said that there was no leaking or wear at all, and definitely no need to replace them. If I wouldn’t have taken my car elsewhere, I would’ve been out $1,100 for no reason at all. Do not trust what this shop says. Do your own research and get a second opinion before shelling out hundreds of dollars to this place.

Service Department is absurd. They try finding anything additional to charge, even with mandatory manufacturer recalls.

Customer service was really great. Ordered blue footwell lights for my son’s car. Found out he had red interior lighting. Called and they were able to change my order to red with no issues. Parts came three days later. Will most definitely order parts from them again.

I’ve been working there for 7months now and my co workers are wonderful. It’s a very great family oriented vibe. My boss Greg is hilarious but keeps the service department running smoothly and customers satisfied. So I appreciate them bringing me into the Subaru family!!????????????

I have been a customer at this dealership ever since I bought my Subaru Forester in 2019. I love my Subaru! It is an outstanding vehicle and the same goes for the customer care service I get whenever maintenance/repair work is needed. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Branden who took care of all my concerns. He's just awesome! He's professional, friendly and has a great smile. I don't have any complaints going on 4 years strong! Thank you so much for the great service:)

As a former parts guy (Dealership and Aftermarker), it's refreshing to see that, unlike most OEM's, Subaru sees fit to put their full parts catalog up and available to the general public. It saves me time and it saves the always-busy Subaru Parts Advisors from having to deal with my questions instead of helping the customers (and technicians) in the store. I wish this had been a thing when I worked for the dealerships...Also, your pricing is WAY better than what I could get at my local Subaru Dealer. 10/10 would (and have) recommend.

I had service on my Crosstrek today, and the service was thorough & informative, the young lady that assisted me at counter and checked me out, she was so nice and she gave me information to prepare for next upcoming services that I was not aware of, I rarely ever do reviews, but this was warranted. I wish that I could remember her name, but she was AWESOME!!! Great Customer Service!!!

Took my 2004 Subaru Legacy Station Wagon in for head gasket replacements, and all I can say is it's difficult finding the right words for how happy I am with the end result. Emily was my service writer and she was astounding when it came to communication, transparency and charisma, she was excellent in every way. A huge relief when dealing with such a complex and expensive job and a pleasure to have done business with.While it took just a couple days past a month to get my car back, the loaner vehicle was a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek, and it was amazing to drive, smooth and quiet. Plus I managed to get just over 29 mpg in mixed driving (city and highway).

Not so much a critique of this dealer but more Subaru. Still taking DAYS to get simple common failure parts like vacuum/pcv breather lines. We are now fully post pandemic. What is the excuse other than a slow as molasses shallow supply chain? Even GM was better than this last year and GM had notorious parts shortages. Next car won’t be a Subaru.
