I wouldn’t want to bank anywhere that thinks it’s ordinary and sane to keep two turtles and three fish in a small tank with shallow water and a small platform. They all seem to be buddies, but it’s sad and any animal person or just compassionate human would recognize this is not ideal for fish or turtles. I think about these turtles and fish a lot. I get bummed out every time I pick up food from Anita’s and walk by. I think they need to be surrendered to someone local who cares and has the knowledge to take care of them properly. Everytime I come to this branch to do banking there is a problem, either a machine is down, staff forgets a step or bank can't take unrolled coin. This place is pathetic, bank elsewhere.

I love my bank. They are always super friendly. There's never a line, They refund your ATM fees (when you get cash out of different bank). No plexiglass between you and the tellers. Free coffee! Cool art!
