We purchased a pair of Supreme gym shoes for $250. We got home the Supreme laces were not in the box. We called them the lady was rude and stated no returns. We indicated we did not want a return we want the laces that we paid for. We went to the store 5/21/22 and was told it was the fault of the manufacturer NOT US. They were rude as heck on the phone and in person. I am seeing several reviews that state they are rude and I was SHOCKED to see the owners reply to customers rudely so not professional. Oh, well fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. We will NOT be returning.

Great experience with these guys when I was in a little over a month ago! Super knowledgeable and experienced with the items they sell. Love how they put everything in plastic to keep it fresh and clean. My favorite spot to ship in Michigan!

Extremely rude customer service! Extremely expensive! Don’t mind paying a little tax for the convienience fee but they are highway robbery! 390$ stock X plus shipping and fees call it 420$. These guys want 600 lol. No thanks

Drove over an hour to hopefully buy a pair of human races, store was closed when it was 3 hours passed their opening time. Store was also hard to find at first, but thats not the issue. You guys have a business to run and to have it closed whenever you want claiming your open is irresponsible especially to not pick up calls. Won't be returning, bad business model. Read further one star reviews and you will see the owner is actually very rude. Definitely not a REAL business in my opinion.

Rude staff. Not really for the culture. Bunch of posers especially the black guy that runs the store. He should take a class or two on etiquette. Ultimately customer service will be the failure of this business. There are a lot of other boutiques around that are trustworthy and treat everyone the same.
