My car antenna was misplaced and one of the employees took upon a negative attitude towards me when I made mention of an appointment I had. The employee ( Brandon) I believe agreed to call me back to touch up remaining areas of my car. He NEVER called. I will NEVER return to the North end location and wouldn't refer that location to anyone. Poor customer service and mediocre work

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Collison shop. I brought my new car in to get 1 tiny dent fixed and left with my dent fixed but my handle all scratched and messed up!! The manager admitted that it was their fault for now removing the handle or properly covering it before painted but would not compensate me in any way.
He said that there is always risk of something getting damaged when working on something else like outlined in my contact. But when my wife and I asked to see the contract, he didn’t have it to show us because I never even signed anything.
They’re liars, overpriced and not true to their word. Do not bring your car here to get fixed.

I had called many places about rust issues and MAACO was the only place that did it. They were referred by a collision shop. From the moment I called, I knew was at the right place. When the person answering the phone says they are wonderful, I was sold. They had to keep my car a day longer as the rust issues were more extensive. They always called with an update so I knew what was going on. Everyone was very professional and courteous. My car looks like new (even though it is 14 years old). I would highly recommend MAACO for any rust/collision issues a person may have.

I had a nice experience, I was taking care of and the staff members were very helpful! My car looks like it was never in a wreck! We had to come back for a minor adjustment and that was quick to! Very happy

Josh provided professional, courteous and timely information. My car was ready on the promised day. My 2016 Lexus looks brand new. They replaced her passenger side mirror, addressed the scrapes, dents and replaced door molding. The price was fair and lower than their competitors. All staff that I interacted with were nice and polite. I highly recommend Maaco in Ferndale, if you’re seeking a professional environment with outstanding body work skills.

Gordon gave an extremely excessive quote for a minor bumper repair, literally minimal repair. Gave an estimate for 10 hours of labor, every other shop could do the same repair in 4 hours or less. Watch out!

Very impressed. I've admittedly heard horror stories about Maaco but after reading positive reviews about this location, I decided to take the chance to get the clearcoat stripped on an older car I own. The price was reasonable and they got my car back to me 2 days later. The service was exactly what I asked for and a portion of the fender I asked them to address came out much better than I expected. Overall, very impressed, especially for the speed of service and the cost.

This Maaco is terrible they painted my car and water drops on my front bumper and they didn’t paint the top of my bumper and the manager told me to bring the car back in 30 days I wouldn’t agree on that I said you can repaint the bumper I one day and you guys don’t have to bother with me no more at all the managers said i just want repaint it at all and I’m paying over a $1,000 don’t take your car to the north end Maaco in ferdale Michigan location this 7-9-2024

It was the worse experience I've ever had .? not only did I witness a hint of racism they guy wouldn't even look me in my face. But he wouldn't help me understand the colors that was presented. I asked them to paint my driver side mirror that I had in my trunk because the one that's on the car was damage. The dude just waved me off and didn't do. Plus they didn't fix my bottom bumper they I paid for. Never ever going back to the one in Ferndale ever again1???? terrible experience
