Overall things were so so. The Sausage McMuffin was overdone. The english muffin was burnt almost to inedible. The hashbrowns were ok, except they could have used salt. There were no napkins in the bag. Which is kind of the usual for drive thrus. Service was so so. Will give you guys another try if I am in the area.

This place absolutely sucks.They are supposed to be open until 12, as confirmed by Google, yet I roll up just before 10p and they are CLOSED. Not just closing down but lights off and a ghost town.Why is this place in business?!

I visited yesterday and it was the first time I have not been greeted with a smile in the drive thru. I accidentally passed the first window to pay, which generally are not being used at most drive thrus by the way, and the man employee treated me as if I had made the most unforgivable horrendous mistake. When the window opened I was greeted with a dirty look, and immediately accused of passing the first window as if I wasn't planning to pay. People make mistakes, and people with good customer service would be more understanding. I was asked to pull up because they had to take my credit card to the other counter, and the lady that came outside to give me my credit card back had the most unfriendliest smirk on her face. How did these people get their jobs? McDonald's employees are generally the most cheerful people I have ever come across, and these two were the exact opposite! By golly, I made a mistake, don't shame me for it.

I visited this McDonald's for lunch today and unfortunately, the service I received was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived at the drive-thru window, the interactions with the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Despite my efforts to be polite and courteous by greeting them and expressing gratitude, I was met with silence and rudeness.The lack of basic customer service skills was evident when the young lady at the payment window did not acknowledge my greetings or thank-yous. Furthermore, the server at the food pickup window went as far as slamming the window in my face after I politely greeted them and thanked them.While the food quality at McDonald's remained consistent and satisfactory, the overall experience was heavily marred by the poor service I encountered during my visit. It is disappointing to see such a lack of respect and professionalism from the staff members, especially in a customer-facing role.I hope that McDonald's management addresses these issues to ensure that all customers receive the respect and courtesy they deserve during their visit. Improving the quality of service provided by the staff members will undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience for customers in the future.---

I had my order number and the store didn’t honor the order on the app and verbatim “that has nothing to do with us” they explain the order number sometimes doesn’t go come through their system. However it was shown that the order and awards were valid. Manager was horrible and didn’t know anything. Also there was trash all around the drive thru and the windows were filthy. Will not be visiting this one anymore
