Recently won/bought a small fragile painting (over 100 years old) in a DuMochelles auction. The auction house provided a link to Pak Mail and my experience could not have been more positive. Leonardo & Bob communicated the quote & timing expectations. And the painting package arrived well-packed and beautifully/safely intact!Very recommended!

1st time coming here to print out a return label and Leonardo was so helpful. Thank you However I'm sure this location gets thjs all the time but the parking there is kind of impossible. Otherwise great place to ge your stuff shipped quickly.

Leonardo packed a painting for us to ship to UK- competitive price and quick to respond to emails. The courier company (nothing to do with Pak Mail- we arranged it ourselves)- managed to lose the package, and Pak Mail were very helpful in providing descriptions of the packaging to enable it to be found.When it finally arrived, the packaging was excellent and very robust, no damage to the painting.Would definitely use again if we have to ship from Detroit to UK.
