“Really wish I could share the piece I sold them— (10k gold (30 1/2 grams) with about 1.5 karat diamond) I went to 4 appraisers— NONE Beat Or Even MATCHED Z’s…his clerk (?) — Brandon(?) told me the truth about the piece and I learned about the effects of man made diamonds on the value of Real ones (far less now). Had to go back—humbly—and accept the $1800 gratefully. I almost insisted I be allowed to speak to Mr. Z himself to thank him— he came to the front… Nothing less than Gentlemen & Ladies there.
