Called to inquire about a replacement vape part. I was assured they had it in stock. I drove over the next day to pick up it up since they kindly set it aside for me.
I got home and opened the bag only to discover it was the wrong part. I trusted the piece was correct and never checked it at the store. Therefore, I'll take some of the blame. A 7 mile and 30-minute inconvenience after all is said and done.
When I went in to return the piece, Matt the owner/manager was there. He was very warm and apologetic about the matter. He said they did actually have the correct piece in stock. It was the last one, and he comped it for the inconvenience. I couldn't have been more pleased with his quick call to action. He quickly turned a negative experience into a positive one. This is why I continue to shop at Puff Factory. Great selection and admirable service.

First time inside and I was blown away by the variety of products! The staff is absolutely awesome and definitely know what they’re talking about. Their knowledge is endless and the overall vibe of this place rules. The item I was suggested is perfect! Thank you again!!!

Best of the best!!! Amazing staff. I can’t say enough. Anthony and crew helped me with the experiment I’m putting together with the utmost respect and discretion. The only reason they didn’t have everything I needed is because some items I need are dancing on that fine line of legality. Really really top notch place though that I would recommend to everyone.

#3 on my visit to all the Puff Factory locations and like always, I was met with the friendly, professional, non-pushy customer service I’ve come to expect from Puff Factory.I love the variety that the shops have when it comes to Heady rigs, it’s almost like a little glass gallery at each location.

Place is great. Prices are great. One exception, CHECK EXPIRATION DATE OF VAPE BEFORE PURCHASE. the elf bars are expired and the girl I mentioned it too seemed to not care whatsoever so I'm guessing they'll still be on the shelf. 3 stars for buyer beware. (10-2-02 3pm est)
