Neighborhood gym, small but adequate in many ways.

My bf and I stopped going here because they only have *1* barbell which was fine for a while until somebody bent it lifting too much. We brought it up to one of the employees multiple times (who was great btw, but he doesn’t work there anymore) but he told us the owner didn’t want to replace it. That was the story for a few months which is why we left, maybe it’s been replaced by now. This gym is ok if you don’t need that I guess…but that seems like pretty critical gym equipment if you ask me. On the bright side it’s usually not very busy. I prefer the Anytime fitness across Woodward

The customer service is excellent. Dallas Mitchell the owner is very professional and seems to have my best interests not only to me but to all the customers that enter the business and the staff are very knowledgeable about fitness questions that I have and they are always willing to help me resolve any issues that I’ve encountered

People park blocking all spaces at my gym @ paying 10 dollars a week this is sad. Have you ever seen what waste oil can do to cars ? Brake fluid maybe ...

The staff is NEVER available to help. And don’t think about calling, It’s a joke. Whether it’s “staffed hours” or not.

Been a man living here for a few months now. It’s pretty uncomfortable to workout around someone who’s having full on conversations with themselves and blaring gangster rap over the music already playing overhead. Not sure how he comes and goes but always food, a backpack covered with a trash bag and clothes at the entry. Surprised this has gone on for this long now.

Terrible operation. Doesn’t pick up the phone if not convenient, doesn't answer messages, they enjoy gangsta like behavior in business conversations ??Very small gym

Our old gym never reopened after COVID, and we liked the idea that SnapFitness was closer. It's small with the basic equipment you'd need for a workout. Like most gyms, you're waiting for the squat rack or smith machine, cables, or one of the free bars. If you come during 5-7pm range, there will likely be a personal trainer in the back room taking up several stations at once.Whenever we came in, we were frequently greeted with, "Look who decided to show up."We moved away and tried to cancel the membership in March. Already didn't love their policy that, whenever you want to cancel, you have to pay for the next month as well -- but knew that going in. They told me I'd have to come in-person to cancel, though I could join by e-signing documents. Come September, I emailed saying it wouldn't be possible to come in and to please email me something to sign. Sent document over the next day and was able to cancel then.

I've been going to Snap workouts for 3+ years now and it never gets old!! Every workout you leave feeling accomplished! I started going to this new studio when it opened in January. The staff is very friendly and the studio is always clean. It's also really easy to schedule and get into the classes! I love everything about Snap

These guys are so helpful here at the gym. The atmosphere they have developed really does make this gym feel like home. The gym is always clean and equipment is never faulty or damaged.

Fantastic establishment. Very friendly and helpful staff. This gym is smaller than most commercial/corporate gyms, but carries absolutely everything needed for intense weight lifting and cardio sessions, plus a whole lot extra (personally I'm a big fan of the heavy punching bag in the back room). If you're trying to make progress and get in shape, and are tired of crowded gyms where you often wait in line to use the machine you need, I highly recommend checking this place out. Chris gave me the tour and got me setup, and the other staff members are just as awesome. I'd give 7 out of 5 stars if I could.

Impossible to cancel your membership. Poor customer service. Nobody wants to answer the phone. You can get a much better gym experience other places for the same price.

All employees are eager to help or add advice. Place is clean. Plenty of exercise equipment and not crowded at the times I go. Plenty of wipes to wipe down the machines after you use them.

Today I went to this Snap Fitness to pickup my access card and I was treated so poorly and unappreciated as a paying customer. I was rudely approached by the woman who work there and she was very disrespectful and rude in her tone we were we conducting business. I was a member years ago and the service and quality of customer service was way better also the quality of people was different then also. Don't waste your time or money on businesses and people who don't give you the quality you deserve or paying for.
