So in January 2023 I went into this dealership and purchased a GMC sierra 3500 Denali during the purchase everything was great very smooth transaction then after four months, the problems began. I was way out of town with my family and had to get a oil change, so I looked up under the vehicle and noticed that there was oil all over the bottom left-hand side so I continue my trip home got back in schedule a visit to the service department and it was revealed to me that the front axle seal was shredded. OK they have my truck for four days , after they diagnose the problem, they continue to tell me that the actual seal was out of stock and on back order nationwide mind you this is my work vehicle so I got the part number and researched it myself and I found it here in Michigan at a dealership had no problem with getting the part got my vehicle back then my next issue I experienced with my vehicle is that the brake service light came on so then at that point, I scheduled an appointment to go to the dealership and if that moment after things are checked out, I was told that I needed brakes in the front so I left the dealership when I got the brakes done and I was showing that the front driver side was wore down to the sensor and the passenger side was still at like 80%. I don’t tell anything heavy with this vehicle so then a few months down the line which the actual date would be October 28, 2023. I’m driving alone and I heard a huge clunk in the vehicle went into reduce power mode would not shift at all so I called the dealership they told me to bring it in, so I took it in and it took two days in order for me to get it back so I got it back and also not to mention that I asked them to check out the front brakes again and see why it is wearing on even in the front far is a brakes are concerned they didn’t check it at all so and moving along after I picked it up drove fine for a bout 9 to 10 days. Picking my children up from school on this day didn’t messed up again. There was a loud clunk. The vehicle came to a halt in the middle of traffic, and then reduce power. Light came on and I was able to move along with the transmission, not shifting again, at this point with this truck I no longer trust that is reliable or safe. It is still now currently at the dealership I haven’t gotten an answer to what the problem in on the same day as I was sitting at the dealership, service department I called GMAC customer service line and I inform them as to the problems that I was having out of this 11 month old vehicle these are major problems, so the representative informed me to go back over to the dealership and ask, what could they do for me with his vehicle to see about having this vehicle swapped out because it’s cleared that it has some major issues going on. I spoke to someone at the dealership that was a finance manager that helped me from the beginning with my vehicle, which has been great to this whole process, but what I was acting, for he could not help me with, so he pointed me in the direction in which I may be able to get some help, so I spoke with someone higher up. I test drove her new vehicle. It wasn’t matching the one that I had apples for apples so they told me that they had to basically doing assessment in my vehicle and it will let me know so I did a follow up call the next day ended up speaking to someone and I was informed that I would basically have to finance a whole new vehicle that’s not fair at all at my expense. This is my work vehicle. I’m losing money every day that this vehicle is sitting at the dealership my business is my livelihood I need my truck the purpose of purchasing a new vehicle was for reliability and it clearly this truck is not reliable at all. I would just like to have something done that will rectify this, and not to mention four months after purchasing the truck , I came back and purchased my wife a new vehicle and let me note that I would go back to the dealership to purchasing a new vehicle when it is time because the staff there are great

Avoid. Price posted online was less than what they wrote the purchase agreement up with by thousands. Ghosted when asked why the price was different. Tried pushing their own financing and saying 1% different on interest didn't mean much more than $10 a year which is great math. Like stepping back into the 90s car dealership, pressure sales. Had to throw away my clothes away to get rid of the slime.

I’ve never had a better buying experience before. If you’re considering a GMC and haven’t picked your dealership, I strongly suggest Les Stanford. I’ve done business with their other stores and this one is no exception. White glove sales and service. I recommend salesman Tom and the entire staff. Everyone from the greeter at the front desk to the owner checked in on me while in the store. Felt like home. Highly recommend.

Ann Nash has always been a joy to work with. I have leased 3 vehicles from her in the past 9 years. She is always upfront and honest. I appreciate that in a person because I am the same way. What I am not happy with is that there is no blind spot nor indicator for people or oncoming traffic from behind. I had this in my Terrain and I came to depend on this for safety. I feel that the chip should be installed now that they are available.

Tim was very professional and polite. He even greeted me with a smile which most workers do not. I asked for a history of my repairs and he provided it quickly without making me feel like I was bothering him. Tim is a keeper!

Here is what I didn't like with this service call. The misinformation on what happened to the wire. It bothered me that it was reported that I had a rodent issue. I had to come up there to find out that wasn't true. I didn't like the factor I had to chase a person for status updates on my vehicle. Lastly, I didn't like the lack of response while using this text message feature. This service call wasn't the best that I have received there. I was disappointed with the service.

I had an amazing experience with Lavert Poole as my sales person he was very responsive to my request and made my experience with buying a car very smooth. Between his stellar customer service and follow up prior to me coming in which made me extremely grateful to have him as my salesperson because I was a little nervous about the process. Even the finance manager Corace was very personable with a beautiful spirit to experience! 10’s across the board for these two!

Scheduling my oil change was smooth. It was my first visit, and I went to the wrong station first because I saw some cars being serviced. The correct location was where the sign Certified Service was. No one greeted me immediately when I arrived. It was fairly easy to figure out what to do tho. Once inside to request service (prescheduled), I waited my turn , as a lady was being waited on. There was another staff sitting at his computer doing something, but he never greeted me, but he did see me. The waiting room was nice and comfy. The restroom was very clean, but extremely cold inside. My car was ready in approximately one hour. Checkout was smooth. And my car was washed! Thank you Les Stanford!

It was not good. You didn't fix my car and tried to charge me a $159 diagnostic fee. As far as I could tell from your invoice you may not have even been diagnosing the correct problem. Your manager said he would research my car's issue. That was 8 days ago, I haven't heard from him. I always had a great experience with the Suburban team and I am a long time customer. This was my second experience with the Les Stanford team and neither one has been good. I recommended Suburban to many friends. I can't recommend your service department.

The service rep was knowledgeable and pleasant and I am satisfied with the work done and the price paid. My issue is I purposely made an appointment to have the work done to schedule the work, the work was not started until the second day. If I would have know that ahead of time , I wouldn't have brought it in until it could be worked on. I ended up having to walk to work and from work the second day because I couldn't get a ride. I walk a lot for exercise but at 70 years old it gets harder as I age. I will say this the dealership did give my a ride back to pick up my vehicle and to that I say thank you.

I asked them to check my cabin air filter which was due to be changed at 30k miles. They did and said it was good. A day later I checked myself and it was completely clogged so I changed it. The mechanics do not know how to tighten oil filters despite me warning them multiple times in the past and now I have to clean up oil spots on my brand new concrete driveway for the third time. Lastly I had an appointment which I was early for and it still took them two hours to do a simple oil change. Why even take appointments? I won’t be going back
