Visiting UPS stores I know the lines can be out the door. Today's experience surprised me and I was in and out within 3 minutes. The staff was very friendly and I could see they were busy with all the packing of things to go out via UPS or other retail services that allow returns.

They overcharge for simple service like pick up from their location, over phone I’ve been told 5$ per box, then asked me to pay 25$, no explanation, no rates for services was provided, don’t recommend to use that store

Absolute waste of time. Disorganized and unable to properly quote. I would never consider them for a print job. After 45min received a quote 3.5x higher than everywhere else!

I’ve been to this UPS Store several times over the past couple of months to make returns, and even though it’s usually very busy with long lines (today was literally our the door), the staff does a great job keeping things moving. Mary and Luna have been kind, courteous, and patient, even when they’re multitasking and helping a lot of customers at once. They’re professional and friendly every time, and I really appreciate how hard they work to make the experience smooth and positive!

Working with the public is not always an easy job and we all have our days, right?! Ferndale UPS Store has always been helpful, professional and friendly! I have frequented this location quite a bit in the last few months and I would love to give a shout out to Mary, Luna and Nae for their help with my returns. Although Shanya and Tre didn't serve me directly, I observed them being very friendly and helpful to their customers! Thank you!!
