We are a new customer at Tire Outlet. My son's 2017 KIA Sportage was idling and running rough and our regular repair place in Ferndale, Wetmore's had a long backlog of customers. A neighbor suggested Tire Outlet, so we decided to give them a try. Marcus got us right in first thing in the morning. He had the results of the diagnostic within a couple of hours. They replaced the spark plugs and did an engine flush and oil change. The car was ready by early afternoon, and at what I think was a very fair price. Marcus did a very thorough job of explaining what the issue was and what the work was that was done. I will definitely take our vehicles to Tire Outlet moving forward. Excellent service and experience.

I recently took my parents' 2015 Ford C-Max to Tire Outlet in Ferndale, thinking it just needed an alignment after hitting a curb. Unfortunately, the damage was more extensive than I expected—tie rods, a wheel bearing, and a control arm all needed replacement. It was a stressful situation, but Marcus made the entire process much easier. He worked with me on pricing and labor costs, making sure I got the best deal possible without compromising on quality.
The turnaround was impressive—they had everything done the same day, even with all the unexpected repairs. I couldn’t pick up the car until the next morning due to work, but they had no problem keeping it in the lot overnight for me.
If you’re looking for fast, friendly, and reliable service without dealership-level pricing, Tire Outlet in Ferndale is the place to go. Marcus and the team really took care of me, and I’ll definitely be back for any future needs. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend highly enough. We needed a new battery. One phone call and Tire Outlet said to come on in same day. Lightning fast--I was back on the road in minutes. Courteous, professional staff; great price for great service; beautiful and pristine waiting area--so lovely that I wouldn't have minded hanging for longer than the very brief wait I had. Quick and professional service! I just needed a tire patched. Other local shops quoted 2 weeks for 1st appointment and $45. Tire Outlet got me in same day. I was back on the road in under 30 minutes and for a fraction of the cost. Bonus! They refilled my windshield fluid.

Got a flat tire on the freeway. Pulled over to the safest place I could find to try to get my spare put on before I was late to work and all they cared about was charging me $20 for a quick job. The guy at the counter was the absolute rudest

I went to have my air valve stalks replaced after mistakenly using cheap metal caps which got stuck on the air valve stalks. The shop was super clean and extremely welcoming! I was able to have them replace 3 stalks and they were able to salvage 1. The shop team was very professional and explained cost associated with the repair. I was recommended by a friend to go here and I would 100% recommend this shop for anyone in the Ferndale area.

Marcus at the Tire Outlet was very helpful, patient, and physically walked me through the problems that remained with my car. This helped me rebuild my trust for mechanics, something that was broken from a previous mechanic I worked with. So glad the Tire Outlet is back open!
