Love this credit union they are far most the best they will work with you if you need them to. I been around of many credit union Vibe is number 1 in my book. Love all the Employees all ways professional and kind. 👍

Can't speak to how customer service is at the branch itself, but if you have a debit card from a co-op atm partner like MSUFCU you can use the ATM surcharge free. Outside of business hours you can even use an atm card from outside of vibe to enter and use the atm

They have great security. Someone tried to get money out of my account. Vibe called,emailed and texted me to find out if it was me. Once I told them is wasn't me they shut my debit card down ASAP. I went into the office and got a new card as soon as they opened up the next day.
