Was having issues with my car battery so took it up to this auto zone(flatrock on telegragh) A very nice young man ( i think his name was Aaron) helped us out. My battery was dead so he took it out and charged it then put it back in when it was ready and proceeded to check the alternator and a couple other things. It turns out my alternator was bad. He came out in the freezing weather to help us. I highley recommend this autozone. I hope Aaron gets some recognition for being such an awesome employee. Thank you very much

Had my headlight go out on the fourth of July. I came here in a pinch, and John Mooney came out to help. I didn't know the right lightbulb for the 5 on my one lamp. He came outside as well and proceeded to professionally and efficiently replaced my bulb without myself asking to. Not very common customer service. If I could rate 10/5 I would.

Have been having issue with battery in my fathers car for a time. John worked with me and we proved over a couple of days battery discharged on it's own. Warranted battery and all is well. Father has been fighting cancer and less stress is a blessing. John is the manager and rest assured he is a very good fit. Patient and methodical in his approach to an issue.
