I drive to this location over the Monroe location. Staff is always so friendly. I enjoy couponing there and they never make me feel stupid or inconvenient.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. Usually it’s okay, except for long waits at the pharmacy. Over 3 weeks ago my pills were ordered because they were out of stock. They never came in. Called a few times in and get told they would be here “this week”. They never came in. Went in to pick up another prescription and asked about my pills. Get told “we don’t get deliveries on the weekends.” I’m like “yeah I know. They were ordered over 3 weeks ago.”
Get told they are out of stock.. It’s been over 3 weeks ! I asked when they would come in. Get told that they “may be on backorder” and they don’t know when they would be in.
In the mean time I’m freaking out because I don’t have my pills and no one at the pharmacy seems to care or even be in a hurry to find them for me. Maybe the system doesn’t say who has them in stock, but if it does they never checked to see if I could get them elsewhere.
I transfered my prescription elsewhere and the different pharmacy is able to fill these for me.

The entire staff including the Manager of the Pharmacy are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to help you find whatever you are looking for. I had an issue with my script 3 months in a row and the pharmacy manager promised she would fix my issue AND SHE DID, I haven't had an issue since then. The front end manager is always in the aisles ready to help and they always greet you with a smile when you enter the store. They are the reason I shop at this particular store. They all deserve a BONUS.

lady at the counter today was extremely rude, treated me like a druggie for buying NyQuil and cold medicine 😒 I was actively sniffling and sneezing in line and she tried to get me to talk to the pharmacist about proper dosage of Tylenol like I can’t read the box. I was in a rush and she was making assumptions based off my looks.

Wait at counter for 15 mins with out even a look up or hello
To much social interaction between workers and 000 customer service
They have given us the wrong medication then blamed us of switching the medications before even checking.
Alway count your medication as soon as possible there counts are always short.
I do see why cvs s are closing

Staff at this office is incompetent. I took my new insurance in to make sure it was updated for my next prescription, they took the info but someone it never made it to my account. After waiting an additional hour to pick up my prescription, they said I have to update it with them. I told them I was in earlier that day and did just that, they said that I couldn't have been or it would be right. If you have a question, it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone without a long wait after which you are forced to leave a message. Terrible customer service. Changing to another pharmacy, this is the 3rd month in a row I have had troubles there. RAMI is the most useless employee they have there. He is rude and has possesses ZERO customer service skills.

I am supremely impressed with the pharmacist and staff at this location in Flat Rock, MI. I entered at opening time with a Rx having just been sent from an Urgent Care facility for an antibiotic. Tiffany, the reception staff, immediately assisted and told me it would be about a 20 min wait. Separately, I asked about Zepbound, which I have on file with Express Scripts. They make me call each time they ‘expect’ to receive a shipment, but they had suggested that I could check with local pharmacies to see if it was available and they could transfer the Rx. I wad told by the pharmacist at this CVS about how hard it is to get (I know), and once they received it I would go on the list and it would be filled when they had it. My ears perked up at the potential for me not having to call each time, but it initially sounded like it would still be hard so I sat to wait for my antibiotics and called Express Scripts because today was the day they ‘expected to have some’. During the call Hanan, the Pharmacist, checked her cooler and noticed she had a box of 7.5 which I needed. She did not have to do that. She took the initiative to help me knowing how difficult it is to get. She confirmed with her other staff that it was not assigned to another customer already, and offered it to me. She then called Express Scripts on my behalf to transfer the Rx. She was put on hold more than once, but still persevered to make sure the transfer was made correctly. (While on hold she was asked by another customer about a similar drug, which the man had no Rx for, but was trying to get a price on coverage. She handled his questions with professionalism and concern, even though he was dissatisfied with the answers and was a little testy. But with these drugs, trying to get them, it’s easy for all of us to get testy.) Finally the transfer was made and the Rx ready for me and the price was $100 for a single box. I only pay $25 for 3 months from ES, but I understand local pick up is more, but that much?? Hanan said, wait a minute, let me see what I can do. She went over and above to look up a discount for me which brought the total to $25. In the meantime, Tiffany let me know that my antibiotic was ready, and it was $38. I raised my eyebrows again. My coverage seemed better than that. She offered to check again. Apparently the card in the system was outdated, and her new research got me to $1.60. These two employees worked very hard to take care of me, while sick, to get me the best price, also while handling at least 6 other customers. They were polite, professional, and, frankly, awesome. I appreciate this experience, and will definitely recommend this CVS to family in the area. I don’t live here now, I’m visiting family. But I bought a house in Monroe, 25 minutes away. I’ll probably still come up here to fill prescriptions when needed once I do move into the house in Monroe! Thank you, Hanan and Tiffany.

These pharmacists are pretty darn amazing . They’ve gone above / beyond helping to make our forced CVS transfer (thanks, Caremark) as painless as possible
My kiddo requires a semi-uncommon medication. It’s incredibly expensive, an insurance battle and in the past, our “big box” experience had been a nightmare with a mix of unprofessional comments, and the general overall vibe of being made to feel you’re doing something wrong. It’s embarrassing :(
I called the closer CVS and was left in limbo if they could even help my son. In a panic, I called Flat Rock CVS and these pharmacists are rockstars. They legitimately care about their patients. On two consecutive days they sat on the phone with me for an extended period of time, even though they had equally deserving customers to tend to; figured out how to get his medicine, what we needed to do on our end, then did everything they could, as fast as they could, to ensure he got his medication.
Thank you ?

I don’t use this pharmacy because I live on Grosse Ile where Hanan used to work. I had a double fusion surgery during the pandemic and Hanan was the one bright spot in the worst 18 months of my life. I can never repay her for the kindness she showed. She has forever changed my life. She is an amazing human being and pharmacist!
