I don’t use this pharmacy because I live on Grosse Ile where Hanan used to work. I had a double fusion surgery during the pandemic and Hanan was the one bright spot in the worst 18 months of my life. I can never repay her for the kindness she showed. She has forever changed my life. She is an amazing human being and pharmacist!

The pharmacy manager is nice and does try to resolve issues. She has displayed great customer service. Unfortunately, her team is lacking in customer service and problem resolution. If you have a question, it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone without a long wait. After so many issues, I had to change pharmacies.

Hanan and her crew back in the pharmacy are completely on point with the time and workforce they are given! They definately go above and beyond and I really do feel like they care! They make sure I never leave with any questions about my meds and they might not be the speediest sometimes but when they can or even when they can't they are speedy in my book, I'm very impressed by Hanan and her whole group! Official shout out to the whole CVS pharm fam on the corner of Telegraph and Vreeland. Highly reccomend!

Hiring more pharmacy people. It always takes an hour to drop off and another hour to pick up. Either that or start paying the customers for the hours wasted waiting in your store

I have problems every month trying to get my medication even though it’s on automatic renewal the staff is awful I’m switching to Walgreens I’m not sure what’s going on here every month there’s a problem .

I have had problems with prescriptions being filled before, had the pharmacist be unbelievably rude! I have had the store manager/pharmacist apologize for the other pharmacist and swear she was going to have them retrained the right way... I was just hung up on for the last time! Wife and I as well as extended family will be finding a new pharmacy after going here for years..

Hanan went above and beyond to get our persceiption filled. We went to multiple pharmacies, but she was the first one who understood what was needed and advocated on the patients behalf. Thank you Hanan, definitely appreciate you!!

I arrived at 1:18pm. The pharmacy closes from 1:30-2:00pm for break, I had 1 person in front of me that took the whole time. As soon as I started pulling forward after the person in front of me left, the “Pharmacist” made EYE contact with me, then hurried up and put the big yellow sign right in my face, I looked at the time it was 1:28pm. I left home early enough to make this stop in time before heading to work, I felt that was very childish, and unprofessional. I decided to sit in the drive thru and wait to hold my place in line since I been there since 1:18. But then a heard the voice of an angel come from the speaker about 2 minutes later telling me to leave. I then tried explaining that I’ve been sitting there for the last 12 minutes and got a sign in my face she then cut me off by saying okay well that’s fine I need you to leave, didn’t have the courage to even take the sign down and look at me while saying it she hid behind the sign. THEN they don’t open until 1:34pm I’m running late to work at this point. I tell them that I’m there to pick up a prescription then they Rudely say I don’t have nothing for you and waved the next person to the counter. I called my dentist they said they sent it yesterday, and that they would call and talk to them. But I sat there and listened to the pharmacy phone ring until they hung up, so that’s why none of my prior calls to ask them if they even had my prescription was never answered. I told them they missed my dentists call and they told me that they don’t care they don’t have time to talk to them and to leave, so now I’m late to work, and I’m in pain with no medication and no antibiotics which could COST ME MY LIFE especially with the work that I do please never go here @DISTRICT MANAGER DAVE I’m counting on you.

Awful customer service, cant get prescriptions, won't answer phone, yet when you go there they are just filling scripts and you can hear the phones ringing and people hanging up, terrible customer service

The cashier Mary was wonderful! She was very helpful with fixing myItems that were scanning the incorrect price! I appreciate her being so friendly on Christmas while she was stuck working away from her friends and family! Definitely not something you see often these days! Thank you again for being so patient and helpful!

I went to the store for a vaccination. The entire process was smooth and easy.
