What an amazing place with wonderful staff! Zack did a great job on getting me and my car back on the road in great working order. Fast and prompt, detailed and caring. He really took the time with my vehicle to check everything necessary before doing any repair and he is reasonably priced! I’ve spent years having my share of bad experiences and I’m very blessed to say I found a place I can trust! Very thankful for everyone here they were amazing.

An inspection of a front end leak led to a new radiator which was replaced the same day, along with an oil change and a power steering flush that I requested. My 2017 Grand Caravan drives great and I really appreciate the extra time Zach took to discuss all my questions when I picked up my vehicle. For example, I was wondering if I damaged the radiator parking over a curb or cement barrier. He showed me the old radiator and exactly how it failed. Only replacement was going to do the job. Parts are never cheap, but the labor was more than reasonable. I accidently contaminated my power steering fluid and had it flushed and replaced to be safe. I thought that was going to a real headache and expensive, but that turned out to be more than reasonable. And the synthetic oil change was about 1/3 the cost of the local quick oil change place I have been using. Fast, friendly service. I will continue to use Fellows for all my car work!

We went somewhere for an oil change and tire rotation and were told we needed tie rod repairs, we went to see Fellows and Zach found we didn’t need Tie rod it was out of balance he also found our shocks were leaking. It was very refreshing having someone be honest and to be treated fairly. We our very happy with their service and cost was reasonable. Our jeep rides like a new vehicle!! Thank you!! We will be back for all services needed in the future!

My truck repair experience with Fellows was exceptionally good. From when I first scheduled the appt to receiving my truck at HOME...delivered after hours as a courtesy...I knew I was dealing with an ethical bunch of people. I needed a lot of work: the written estimate was detailed (provided via text which is great), followed by a call to add more info about the valve cover gasket. Tory (female) responded immediately to my query about it and her answer explained the burned smell under the hood, but no drips on the ground. I was told I can get by for awhile with the brakes, which I appreciate, because I didn't want to do the rotors now. All calls were detailed and not rushed. My heater core was flushed, immediately restoring my heat. I got Cooper tires, my favorite. All work was able to be done in one day (which I know isn't always possible). They left room right in front of their garage so drop off was easy. Zach, Lisa are courteous and don't rush you. Their trustworthiness is evident in every interaction. Sorry for writing so much, but I wanted prospective customers to get a thorough review of the whole deal. This was a 2013 F150.

They give us an estimate soon after we drop off our vehicles and had it done within a few hours of dropping off. They are super fast and more affordable than other places we’ve gone to. They actually ended up doing it cheaper than the estimate as well, which was a nice surprise. They seem very honest and trustworthy which is hard to come by usually. I love supporting a small local family owned business. I highly recommend Fellows to everyone when ever I can. I’ve already gotten a few people to come to them and they all love them and had great experiences as well. Thank you so much!

This is the best auto shop you will find in the area. I have been there twice now and have always gotten great service. They always explain everything and how long it will take. There prices are lower then I can find in the area. Both my daughters and there family's now go there and love it too. Thank you fellows

They charged me $1100 for new parts and then they told me that they misdiagnosed my engine issue and said I needed a new engine. Then they quoted me an additional $7500 for an engine replacement. I declined the service so they gave me my car back all torn apart still from them working on it. I had it towed to a dealership which was another $125. That is crazy that your mistake cost me an additional $1100 and then you didn't even have the decency to put everything back together because I declined your over inflated engine replacement. The dealership told me that $7500 for an engine replacement was a scam. Supposedly the mechanic that worked on my car doesn't work there anymore, but thats what they all say. If you fired that mechanic, then why was I responsible for the bill?

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I called because I needed my car in quickly and not only was everyone i spoke to incredibly kind but they were able to get my car done same day. Because of my situation, they were so kind to come get my car for me, called and gave me a quote before working on it and then got it done in a timely manner and dropped back off. I again cannot thank them enough for their help and will continue to come here in the future.
