I have an account with this branch for years. My mother's account was hacked and Jackie helped her out. She linked her accounts with mine wiping me out. The flat rock branch is horrible. I prefer to use the Riverview location. I will be moving all of my business dealings out of 53.

Very very disappointed in 53rd as a branch and as a whole corporation.. I recieved a check I thought to be fradulent. I called my Banker and gave him the details. He told my to give it 14 days and he will verify the funds. He called me after that 14 day mark and told me the funds were good to go.. I proceeded on my vacation and while I'm out of town; they freeze all my bank accounts. Even my business account that had nothing to do with the personal checking account. I called to dispute the issue and question their accountability for giving me false information. They proceeded to threaten me and put me on a black list from opening another bank account. They took over 3 months to come up with a "resolution", meanwhile I dont have a bank account to conduct personal or business accounts. My income and livelihood was directly affected and they had no liability on the issue. Their resolution after 3 months was to take me off that list which I didn't belong on in the first place. It was their false information and negligence that's caused this whole situation. They accept no responsibility and not even a sorry. Very unprofessional and shady. Do NOT support 5/3 bank.Sincerely,A loyal costumer

I deposited a check from local title company told it would take 2 days to clear. 2 days later was told it could take upto 10 days to clear when the funds were taken out of title company the night before. Then rhey try to blame the title company. Lie to your face. Very discriminatory unfair banking policies. I wouldn't recommend this bank to my enemies.

Rude, slow, and DO NOT care about their customers!I just sat as only one of two cars in their drive up for 20 minutes while no one said a word to me or the other customer, when I finally hit the call button after being ignored the woman was rude and still did not help me for another 15 minutes! We could watch her thru the window literally doing nothing! I’ve been with 53rd for years, Monroe location never treats me like this, it’s enough to make me consider banking elsewhere!

Excellent customer service! Branch manager Jackie is wonderful, she is friendly, informative, and very helpful. I wasn't on the phone long at all and she took care of my problem promptly, on top of getting me switched to a free checking account (which wasn't available when I initially opened my account) Thank you Jackie!!

So I happened to not have my license on me. I gave them my married name which they supposedly changed last time I was in there when they had me sign to change it and checked my license at that time. So this time I didn't have my license left it in husband's wallet. So I go in to withdraw money and they straight up said my name was never changed. They took my SSN and it was still under my old name. So manager gets involved. Says she remembers me from last time. Told me I never brought my marriage license. Which I was never told to. The manager refused to give me MY money. Though I had my account number SSN security questions and she even remembered me from last time. Terrible bank I have nothing but problems here every single time I go in. This is the fifth or sixth issue I've had. literally went to a different bank right after and they gave me my money no problem. I had to be to my daycare to pick my kids up and pay them and I even told the manager at the flat Rock bank and she didn't .care. happy holidays this bank is pure BS
