Flat Rock Community Center is a great place with a pool, weight room, walking track, basketball and pickleball court, kids water slide, and a banquet hall for rent. It is very clean. The mornings are quite busy. They accept Silver Sneakers. Some reviews note it is important to check schedules in person as printed ones may differ from the website. They accept Silver Sneakers here which is wonderful. The mornings from open to noon are quite busy both on the walking track and the gym area. Very clean and everyone is really good about wiping down their machine after using it.

We love FRCC. We've been members for many years. It is a great place. There is a pool, a weight room, track for walking/running, basketball and pickleball court. They got it all. They even have a banquet hall for rent.

Great place to exercise! Beautiful facility with friendly personnel!
