My wife and 6 year old son went here to get his haircut 💇♂️ and he liked the haircut lady and how she cut his hair, so he said he would give her a 5 star for her work, so here we are upholding what he said he would do 🫡Thanks Crystal.

5/5 for crystal “the savior”.. only experienced Crystal, Megan, and an older lady with long black hair. Megan completely hacked my husbands hair with the shears. Lots of parts that are very low. Older lady with long black hair started kids cut. Was supposed to be tapering the sides and took ALL of my son’s curls off the top side of his head. When asked why she did that after my son told her to stop she said “his hair has to be blended on the top to match the sides. WHAT?!? (I was furious) if your told not to do that why did you do what you wanted? She responded and said “it will look better”. I had to explain to her that it’s not up to her to make that decision especially when she was specifically told not to cut the top. She also kept saying that a taper is just one size guard on the side of the head. Crystal came to the rescue and did an AMAZING job at fixing his hair and tapering the sides down. For as much as the beginning lady took off I knew it wouldn’t be what he was expecting but she made him extremely happy with the outcome. Photos below are Megan’s work.

I went to this location for the first time. My son needed his hair cut and I was greeted when I first walked in. I cannot remember the lady’s name. She cut my son’s hair and she was absolutely amazing. My son has autism and doesn’t do well for hair cuts. She actually listened to me for what works best with my son. She took her time and showed everything to my son before cutting his hair. She talked to him the whole time. I cannot express how amazing she was. I wish I could remember her name. But I will be taking my son back to her again when he needs his hair cut.

I've been going here for years because they do a nice job. The online check in is a definite improvement.
Update 4/30/25 I had a haircut today at ~10:35 am and was not at all impressed. My hair was really hacked up by Morgan. When I looked at the back with the little mirror, I'm old and it looked ok. Later when I went home and looked clearly the front was not at all even and the back was ok. She told me she can't see well without her glasses and she wasn't wearing them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! 2 stars review!

The worst cut ever. She messed up my layers so bad! One side is longer than the other. I haven't stopped crying since I got home. I even explained I had bad anxiety from a previous bad cut. Thanks for messing up my hair.

I visited Great Clips today for the first time. I had literally been having one of the worst days of my life when I got there but Natalie was so kind and friendly that I left in a much better mood. She was also very professional and gave me a great haircut. I will be back!! Thank you so much for making a terrible day a little better. Who would have thought that getting a haircut could make such a difference?
