Huroc Park is a clean and friendly park with an old town feel. It is a very nice and beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature. The park offers a decent size playground good for kids, a walking trail, a basketball court, and plenty of space along the river. The fishing there is a blast, though it can be snaggy. It is dog-friendly and has very clean indoor restrooms. There is a nice picnic area with multiple tables to enjoy a meal. A Dairy Queen, a taco place, and lots of other stores are within walking distance.
